Great support from the team! Ronnie, Joe, Rom, and Rafael have been fantastic. They fixed a few of our sync problems with Shopify and answered lots of questions.

Needed to set up the connection between shopify and QuickBooks, I dealt with ROM who was just amazing, so helpful and talked me through the entire process, extremely happy with how patient they were with me and it was step by step help. Thank you so mcuh

We use this app to sync our shopify orders with our quickbooks account. I recently changed over our bank account and ROM was great in helping me with this process.

I was able to get all my transactions into QB from Shopify. I ran into an issue but Rafael popped up on my screen and was super helpful, he even did some background work and then let me know when it was done, and it was! Would recommend.

Can't say I've found setting up the Connector to be 100% straightforward and still having some issues but Sherwin in Support has been excellent.

great app & very helpfull team DEAN spent more than an hour with me to configure the app & to make sure everything is going well. & Troy really helped to reconfigure all my settings after making it messy from my end. thanks & keep up the good work.

As soon as the chatbox opened I thought about just giving up before I had even begun as I didn't think I would be able to explain what I needed to do or for that matter be able to even understand the solution that would be provided. Rom changed all that! He was super clear, informative, and friendly. An absolute asset to QB.

Rom helped us with the integration, helped with solving the sync issues, and even offered to help set up additional features! Ronnie, This guy is absolutely amazing. He spent a few hours with me and we worked through everything that was going on with my connection. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone that uses shopify and Quickbooks.
