La escribo en español por que esta aplicacion es GLOBAL sencilla y facil de usar para emprendedores y contadores me comunique al chat por ciertas preguntas y David me atencio excelente y rapido ademàs cabe resaltar que puedes escribri en español y el sistema traduce entonces no hay barrera de comunicacion

Costumer support was really patient with me to set all things up. I had some concerns with mapping payment and now everything is working fine! Nick really tried his best and had the most patience with me I know nothing about integrations of quickbooks to shopify etc and he helped me pick correct accounts, links etc for future syncing. I wish there was a course to understand it all tho less need for a accountant.

This app is super useful to help you extracting automatically orders or payouts from Shopify and put them into Quickbooks. The support is really great! David helped me to setup everything perfectly.

We had a minor issue where we used the same order number as one that was meant to pull through from the app (totally our fault!) and Clarisse was an absolute superstar at resolving this for us! I had to wait no longer than 1 minute to connect to the chat, and the issue was solved within 5 mins. We're really new to QBO and this app has been an absolute gamechanger for us, can't recommend this app and their support enough. Thank you again, Clarisse!

Really happy with the service I received today from Clarisse. Quick responses to my issues and she got straight to fixing the problem. Lovely communication and, for now at least, my connection problem has been fixed and I can get on with some work.

I needed confirmation on the integration setup of OneSaas to QBO and connected with support through CHAT and conversed with Troy who was amazing. He got it all set up with me and answer and explained the process very well. Thanks Troy!

Sherwin resolved my issue quickly and efficiently

All installed - it's quite complicated to setup so we sat with the accountant to map the sales and tax codes. Once we got testing we were getting some errors trying to sync B2B customer data. After speaking to QBO support (Clarisse) she got it fixed so quickly and explained the issues. Super impressed... they saved me hours!)

I have some issues to sync data from Shopify to QBO, I started a chat, and CLARISSE from the custumer service help me gratelfuly. 15 minutes later everything was working. Great service! thank you!
