Great customer service from Sherwin! I had an error trying to sync my products and he noticed and directly chatted with me asking if I needed help. Solved my issue right away.

They have helped me with the integration and actually walked me through it step by step. THE BEST Customer service ever. Many thank to ROM and CLARISSE for being so amazing and patient. ROM waited for me to do the edits and then helped me to correctly sync the data.

David provided fantastic help with my concerns! Connecting so many different apps on Shopify can sometimes be confusing and having that personalized customer service makes a world of difference in saving time and alleviates so much stress in trying to figure it all out alone. Very new to quickbooks so it's a bit of a learning curve. However, I got instant help from Ben, who solved my issue in seconds.

I cannot thank Sherwin enough! I've had trouble with orders syncing through to QBO and had several chats to no avail. Today I was lucky enough to connect with Sherwin, not only has he sorted all the sync issues bt he also explained step by step how to do it. Just brilliant! Thank you so much Sherwin! I can't recommend this guy enough.

QBOG consistently helps me with great kindness, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Especially, David is the best.

Unfortunately, my old review is no longer applicable. A new update was rolled out and customers were migrated with no input. The new update is not functional and has created a whole swath of issues. The new update lacks 90% of the functionality of the old version until these are fixed. However, I would like to give customer support 5/5 stars. Jasmin was amazing in helping me get back to the old version for now until the issues are fixed. The customer support team are amazing.

I love this app! Syncs my Shopify and Quickbooks and literally cuts my paperwork in half. Whenever I have an issue or question, they are super quick to respond and figure it out. Amazing! Because I do not get that attention or timeliness from other apps and services. Shout out to Ronnie! He fixed a very specific and individual issue for us today. THANK YOU

QB is not capturing all the sales from Shopify. half of my online sales appear, and sales manually entered from the shopify app do not show up at all. please support, couldn't find anything online.
Hi there, our team are already in contact with you to try and resolve this issue. In this specific case, it would appear that several products within your QuickBooks might be deleted/merged, and thus causing sales involving these items to be blocked. David helped us to recover a product that was not syncing properly to QBO from Shopify and had been marked Ignore Error and Don't Attempt a Retry. He confirms undoing that choice is only possible from his end. I am not entirely sure I understand why that choice is there, especially since it is tricky to undo it. The app itself is very good. We have been very pleased with how well it syncs our Shopify data to QBO and uploads our Inventory levels too.
