QuickBooks Online

So happy with this apps. i was having some problem and Ben quickly help me and fix it.

I've been used Quickbook Online 3-4 years. This is excellent accountant and managing stock. Today, When I'm solving the problem. Sherwin chat to me and help me to solve the problem by quickly.

David is really thorough to chat with, and I hope to work with him again as the need arises.

NICK is the best! super helpful and offfers best practice configurations. Worked with me to test transactions and make sure my integrations were working as expected!

Ben was super helpful, all the support people have been top notch. This software is great!

Costumer support was really patient with me to set all things up. I had some concerns with mapping payment and now everything is working fine! A big thank you to Dean and Troy :) I just spoke with Sherwin because I was having some issues with pushing my transactions and he helped me very well ! Ben was awesome! Had some issues syncing Shopify with QuickBooks, and it was getting pretty frustrating. Ben jumped into our chat and handled everything like a pro. He walked me through all the fixes step by step, always making sure I knew exactly what to do next. Super patient and clear with his guidance, and before I knew it, everything was syncing smoothly. Nick really tried his best and had the most patience with me I know nothing about integrations of quickbooks to shopify etc and he helped me pick correct accounts, links etc for future syncing. I wish there was a course to understand it all tho less need for a accountant.

This app is super useful to help you extracting automatically orders or payouts from Shopify and put them into Quickbooks. The support is really great! David helped me to setup everything perfectly.

We had a minor issue where we used the same order number as one that was meant to pull through from the app (totally our fault!) and Clarisse was an absolute superstar at resolving this for us! I had to wait no longer than 1 minute to connect to the chat, and the issue was solved within 5 mins. We're really new to QBO and this app has been an absolute gamechanger for us, can't recommend this app and their support enough. Thank you again, Clarisse!

Really happy with the service I received today from Clarisse. Quick responses to my issues and she got straight to fixing the problem. Lovely communication and, for now at least, my connection problem has been fixed and I can get on with some work.

I needed confirmation on the integration setup of OneSaas to QBO and connected with support through CHAT and conversed with Troy who was amazing. He got it all set up with me and answer and explained the process very well. Thanks Troy!

Sherwin resolved my issue quickly and efficiently

I love that they have a live chat option and Sherwin really helpedsync some problematic transactions for us. I would give 5 starts except that there are some limitations on syncing deposits and individual sales at the same time. They want it to be either/or. Other than that, if you aren't is over the top meticulous, this is a great integration and saves me a great deal of time entering transactions.
