I have found the customer service to be amazing with this app. David helped me fix a few issues I was having with integration. Makes managing the business way easier when you don't have to sweat the small stuff. Today Rom helped me solve another issue with invoices between shopify and quickbooks he was great!

Rom was a great help from Intuit Quickbooks. Helped me to get started with this overwhelming task of being technologically challenged.

Sherwin was able to synchronize my inventories across multiple channels. Now Shopify syncs with QB so I don't need log into 3 accounts to manually synchronize anymore. THANKS SHERWIN

My experience with QuickBooks Online Global is good. They have excellent customer support, especially Rom helped me to sync my store data with QuickBooks.
