QuickBooks Online

Nick was super helpful and solved my issue quickly. This app is a god sent as it allows me to connect both my Shopify sites to my QB file that syncs the correct inventory levels.

Has a small Shopify glitch where it uses a random clients name when automatically creating invoices with data it imports from Shopify. Otherwise this app integrates and syncs perfectly to QuickBooks without any problems. You might need some assistance from support with some of the settings as they can be confusing and might cause your data to not sync correctly. Support responds extremely fast and was quick to assist and help me set it up correctly.

Customer service is great... everyone is always very helpful and quickly responds to requests. Today David fixed a problem for me, and continuously updated me and followed up to make sure it was all correct. Edit: I ran into another issue, and David took care of it again! :-) Great CS!

Needed assistance with error messages holding orders in queue. I really hate the chat boxes for support but Rafael really did an outstanding job. Totally understood my issue, made some suggestions and compromises and fixed all errors quickly and easily. I am very impressed with Shopify. GREAT WORK!
