Paul was really helpful and knowledgeable, I need to go away and set a couple of things up as I know how to make things complicated :) but Paul was great and I'll be back in touch with him shortly to complete the configuration.

This app is outstanding - it has saved me hours of time each month on accounting. And the customer service is top notch. I had a sync error today due to a change I made on the QB side and Sherwin was able to get things working again in just a few short minutes, all well being incredibly friendly. It's one of the few places that talking to customer support is actually enjoyable! I highly recommend this app.

Fantastic customer support from Rom that solved all my problems with the app. It would have been impossible without him. Great app! UPDATE: they updated the app as January 2025 and nothing is working anymore. I have been waiting for an update from their customer service for 3 weeks and they keep telling me the developers are working on it. Terrible app and customer service

I had issue's with products and orders syncing with errors and David was all over it and help me pretty quickly. Now everything works great and I have learnt how to fix it next time. Thanks Heaps

I was having issues integrating my payments with my Shopify to my QBO and Sherwin worked with me to get the issue handled. He stick with me through thick and thin until he had the issue resolved. He kept me calm and reassured me - I never became frustrated because I believed he would see me through and he did! He cleared up months worth of issues that had been created on my end. Yay! Fantastic service from Sherwin! Ask for him by name! :-D
