We had an issue with a connection to a store. David went over and above to help resolve the issue.

We use this app to sync our shopify orders with our quickbooks account. I recently changed over our bank account and ROM was great in helping me with this process.

I was able to get all my transactions into QB from Shopify. I ran into an issue but Rafael popped up on my screen and was super helpful, he even did some background work and then let me know when it was done, and it was! Would recommend.

Can't say I've found setting up the Connector to be 100% straightforward and still having some issues but Sherwin in Support has been excellent.

Rom was very helpful with an issue I encountered with the Quickbooks connector. He diagnosed and solved the problem very quickly.
