Great app for syncing stores. It works for Canadian customers selling in USD as well, just takes some time to setup correctly. Sherwin was amazing in helping me get everything up and running, so far so good!

I'm about to write a critical review of an app which I truly like and for which I have received exceptional service. It is not an understatement to say that I would not be able to operate without this free app from OneSaas syncing the data between Shopify and QuickBooks for me, and when I have asked for help they have always been able to assist me. Here's why I have deducted a star: As polite and helpful as they are, I don't want to talk to them anymore. I've started submitting tickets for items that could easily be resolved with a quick chat because at the end of an online chat, they ask something along the lines of, "Can you do me a favor?" That is followed by a very specific request for you to write a review AND to use their name (i.e. the name of the tech that assisted you) when you do so. I think they probably get some kind of bonus when their name is mentioned, based on the fact that every one of them asks the same way, but I am not going to review an app every time I get assistance from them. One review should suffice, unless your opinion changes, but I can't mention one tech and not every other who has provided me with the same level of service. Plus I'm usually trying to resolve whatever the problem is while I'm still assisting customers, and I don't need to prolong the interaction. OneSaas, you should know you have a great team and they have always been polite and professional, but please stop telling them to beg us for a review!

Even though it says this app isn't compatible with my shop, I've had it installed for awhile now. It's not the easiest thing to configure, and for awhile I had daily error notifications that I could not fix, making a bit of a mess in QBO for me. I finally reached out to customer service for help after my accountant couldn't determine the issue or fix. I gave them access to my shop and they configured everything for me and then when I had another error message, they fixed that as well. I'm super pleased with the help they've provided me, and the app service overall. If you're using QBO and Shopify, this is a great solution.

Karol helped me so much, im really happy with the app! thanks to Karol i was able to get shopify orders into the qbo platform which was quite difficult if you dont know what youre doing.

Messed things up while synching my quick books account with Shopify, but Karol from support helped me out super fast (not even taken 10 mins) and got everything sorted and made it running. She was very supportive, attention to detail, on top of everything, double checked with me all configurations just before she proceeded, and overall very impressive. Thank you Karol

Customer service was 5 star! i was reluctant to install the app at first, but as soon as i sent an email Sherwin was right there with a reply and guided me thru the entire process. was a couple of issues syncing up the store but was resolved in minutes! So far so good, very happy with the support so far

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate how intuitive this app is. It's so easy to use, even for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. I also wanted to mention that I had a question about how to use the app, and I contacted support. David was very helpful and got back to me very quickly. He answered all of my questions and even went above and beyond to help me out. I'm very happy with this app and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I needed help regarding an error (code 6000) - ROM promptly helped me with rapidity and accuracy. It took him just few minutes and all was repaired. Very good customer service. Thanks ROM !
