This Quiz App is a great addition to my client's e-commerce store since we can personalize more and know what our customers want. Gen of Prehook is also very hands-on and always able to help us with our concerns. Thank you!

I love the design of this app and I felt the pricing was better than other quiz apps, I meant to migrate over to this app from another but the recommendation algorithms don't seem to work very well and it was just too much of a hassle in the end to set it up properly. I'd give 3 stars, it probably would work well for simpler quizzes with straightforward responses, but I gave 2 because we were charged $45 for the app even though we had no completions(never went live).

Not only is Prehook generating great revenue for our business but the Founder jumped on a zoom call with he to help me optimize our current strategy. If you're on the fence, pull the trigger. These guys and their app is the real deal.

I am surprised no one reported how buggy this app is. The first time I created a quiz, it won't show me any product recommendations. The second time, I created works fine. But as soon as I move around the questions, the problem started showing up again. It seems like you have to plan everything from the very start, anytime you want to make changes then the app starts acting weird. Am I really the only one that has these problems? I tried to contact developer, but haven't received any response yet.

Great app! I had tried using a different quiz app but it didn't have all the features I was looking for. Had a few questions while I was setting up my first quiz, and support was really fast and super helpful (thanks, Gen!). First quiz is working really well and I can already see that we're making money from it. Definitely recommend this app.

Extremely simple interface to use - it's very easy to figure out what you need to do to get the job done. Great templates - they are useful for content and copy. Very helpful support.

Exactly what I was looking for. I tried a few similar apps before but didn't seem to work so smoothly for bigger amounts of products. I'm glad I found this app and I'm very satisfied about the great customer service! Would recommend.

I used this app to help me gain leads and collect zero party data. It was easy to setup, I started seeing ROI right away, and I had a fantastic strategy call with Gen who gave me some tips to increase my quiz visibility and ROI. Absolutely fantastic app and well worth the cost. I highly recommend it as a must have for an ecommerce tech stack.

I installed after seeing the free forever pricing structure within the app store and your pricing matrix- which works for my store right now. then after installing the app, it reverted to a pricing only model of $35/monthly.

Just to be clear, we do have a Free Forever plan, so you do not need to pay anything in order to install the app and build your quiz. You'll only need to upgrade to a paid plan once you need more than 10 engagements. I have confirmed that you have not been charged anything. This is an excellent app. It is definitely underused for what it provides. It is easy to use and has significantly helped us in lead gen, conversions, and increased sales. And now after speaking with Gen, we just realized we have not even optimized on how to use this most effectively. Expecting even better results now. The customer support is top-notch and will walk you through each step with patience. For any e-commerce brand considering a quiz, we highly recommend Prehook.

Great app that easily integrates with Klaviyo, Postscript and Attentive. Lots of custom buildouts available. A little hard to set up initially but once you do it, you get the hang of it and the team is readily available to provide support. Would definitely recommend!

We use this APP for our solution guides (2 brands in 13 sites) and it works amazingly. We started by doing the setup and the look & feel, and it was very easy. Then we built the questions and answers. Populating products due to the size of our company was time-consuming, but we contacted Gen and he was very helpful and gave us an idea that worked perfectly. This APP is a 5-star.

We chose this app based on the reviews so we wanted to leave one for other entrepreneurs. The quiz is extremely helpful for gathering data so that we can recommend specific products to our customers. It also integrates with our email software and SMS. We were a bit confused on how to set it up for the specific product recommendations but Gen, one of the cofounders, jumped on a call to explain everything in detail and even took the time to walk us through setup. We give it 5 stars for everything from data collection to customer support!
