Suki and Gary have been incredible to work with. Such fast and amazing service. I've never loved working with an app more than Rebuy!!!!

We had a very frustrating experience with Rebuy. As a business, Wild Oak Boutique invested $1,500 for their developers to perform custom work on our smart cart, in addition to their $999 monthly subscription. However, the code they implemented caused a major issue on our website that was isolated to Safari browsers. The bug created a loading issue that made our website appear frozen to customers, resulting in an estimated $25,000 in revenue loss before a third-party developer finally identified and fixed the problem. Despite the obvious impact on our business, Rebuy refused to offer a refund for the custom work, citing the effort they put into it. For a service at this price point, we expected a much higher level of quality and accountability. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for the issue has left us feeling undervalued as a customer. They were only willing to offer a credit if we continued using them. If you're considering Rebuy, proceed with extreme caution, especially if you're relying on their paid development services. We wouldn’t recommend them.

The Rebuy app has been a fantastic solution to cart upsells and PDP recommendations that are bringing true value to our tech stack. We've been especially impressed with how dedicated and accommodating the team have been to get the tech right for us, assisting with customisations to ensure the integration looks and feels seamless onsite. Suki and Monica who we work with closely have been such a great help in assisting us navigate two deployments across our AU & USA site. Their proactive approach and willingness to assist our team and dev agency has made a big difference. We’re excited to continue working with Rebuy and grow our use of their tech across site. We have been with Rebuy for 7 months now. Beware of the following: 1) They will promise you a dedicate customer success manager whom is supposed to be proactive in offering strategy, data review etc- none of this will happen unless you continually beg for it. 2) They will charge you for recurring subscription revenue although when asked during onboarding, we were told that we would only be charged for the initial order. 3) REVIEW your monthly Shopify monthly bills from Rebuy very careful! They had overcharged us several thousand dollars and had we not checked, we would have never known.

Rebuy has been a total game-changer for our store! Implementation was incredibly smooth. Once we had everything set up the initial wins started rolling in right from the get-go. The user-friendly design made it so easy to customize without any complicated setup or coding needed. On top of that, their support team is fantastic! Anytime we had questions or needed help with optimization, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to go above and beyond. Highly recommend Rebuy for anyone looking to boost conversions and create a more personalized shopping experience!

The idea is good, and Rebuy seems like a good choice. But in reality i have had the most complicated, nonsense and waste of time onboarding, unfortunately. Some of the responsibility is of course mine. Nevertheless the designs Rebuy makes of is awful. The functions good but the design just awful. Furtherly i have been waiting for over six weeks - and still nothing is ready. Slow response, lot of different contact point, and long waiting for meeting makes me think this is a strategy they went down - for getting my signature even though they were busy. And then to buy them more time, since their developers are fully booked. So all in all i've paid +1.000$ - hold 4 meetings - sent +30 emails - +5 descriptions of photos of what i want. And we are no further. So from my experience i would never recommend Rebuy so far.

I love working with Suki! She's been great at helping me get started with setting up the app, answering my questions and making sure the delivery was executed on time. She was great at explaining what was my next steps, what the integration could do and what were my best options. So far the experience has been very good with Suki!

Rebuy is a great app for any Shopify store looking to enhance personalization and drive cart upsells. Lots of flexible options, seamless integrations and conversion drivers. Janet is the best to work with. It's easy to set dynamic merchandising rules and run different AB tests. Definitely recommend!
