We've been on the hunt for an app to give our Shopify store that extra edge, and Rebuy's Smart Cart has been a game-changer for us. After setting up tiers in our smart cart, we saw a noticeable uptick in our conversion rates and sales – it's been truly transformative for our store. But beyond its stellar features, what really stands out is their exemplary customer support. We had a specific requirement related to product quantity limits in our cart, and Moe from their support team went above and beyond. He provided custom coding to ensure the feature was integrated seamlessly. It's rare to come across such proactive and efficient customer support in the industry. We're absolutely thrilled with the Rebuy app, and there's no doubt we'll be sticking with it for the long haul. A big thumbs up!

I absolutely love REBUY! It has helped me increase revenue so fast. Max Trummer has been great to work with. He personally reached out to me and asked me to schedule a call with him because there were a few things he thought we could do better, and I appreciated his insight and help so much. Recently we had some issues with the Rebuy platform - an outage has happened. However, the Rebuy team is communicating with us and taking action. This is a solid approach and earns respect.

Our fees were doubled without any explanation. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This app is great, we had some issues with app attributions coming through to our packing slips on Shipstation but the Rebuy team was on it and very helpful, unlike Shopify and Shipstation, they were very caring and made sure to help us figure everything out. 5-Stars on customer service, I love the smart cart and all the features, we definitely have ROI and that is always fantastic!

We have had a great experience with this app and have seen our AOV increase from the start. Customer service is super kind and helpful and assisted us with a billing issue. Pricing is questionable though.

The best SmartCart you will ever see. And the best? It isn't just a SmartCart, there are so many great other features such as widgets, post-purchase, switch to subscription, etc. And the support team is awesome with an answer to all your questions! Really happy to find out about this app.
