His responsiveness, unwavering assistance, exceptional patience, and availability to address inquiries in our timezone, despite being in different hemispheres, have significantly contributed to our positive experience. The onboarding process, guided by Emelia, was exceptionally smooth and hassle-free. While it's still early days for us with the app, initial performance indicators are extremely promising. This app is great, we had some issues with app attributions coming through to our packing slips on Shipstation but the Rebuy team was on it and very helpful, unlike Shopify and Shipstation, they were very caring and made sure to help us figure everything out. 5-Stars on customer service, I love the smart cart and all the features, we definitely have ROI and that is always fantastic!

We have had a great experience with this app and have seen our AOV increase from the start. Customer service is super kind and helpful and assisted us with a billing issue. Pricing is questionable though.
