Installing this app is a non brainer if your goal is to increase AOV. The cherry on top is the level of support I have received from the Rebuy team. They absolutely rock! In a time where most support minimal, it's refreshing to receive support calls/chats with real people. Great app & great team!

We are just starting our experience with Rebuy and we have been so impressed with their willingness to dive in and tackle some of the unique challenges we have with our store. Rich Matukaitis has been very helpful in the process of integrating some of our custom features with their out-of-the-box capabilities. Beau Hoge has also been a great resource in making sure we hit out admittedly tight timeline.

RICH was an amazing help getting our cart up and running! I was a bit confused and after sending him an email he set up a call with me same day! He got me sorted that very same day, walked me through every aspect of the app, and worked with his team to get us fully launched the very same day (This all happened on a Friday). Very glad to be in capable, caring, and responsive hands. I would 100% recommend. I heard about Rebuy through a marketing group that I'm in, in which they are highly recommended.

Very nice app! We have had it for 5 days and it already increased our AOV by 50%. Super helpful staff! Quick and friendly replies and are helping with everything! I can very much recommend!

The app has very good features like Shop the Look or Upselling. The customer support is excellent, very fast and helpful. However, one disadvantage is that you have to create a separate account for each sub-store.

I found Rebuy to be easy to implement, very intuitive, with seamless integration and almost no delay between changing things in Rebuy and seeing them implemented on our live site. I opened a chat support with a few early questions and that turned into a weeklong, ongoing chat with the same chat agent, Tom, where I fired dozens of questions about how to do certain things and how to implement desired setups. Between the chat support and help guides I was able to build out 10x more functionality with this in 3 days than I did with a previous upsell app over 9 months. I got responses from Tom at all hours of the day and night and rarely had any kind of delay in response. At certain points I sent a bulleted list of questions and got prompt and diligent follow-up on each one of my questions.

What truly impressed me was their remarkable efficiency – they swiftly set up everything well before our major sale. Moreover, they displayed their commitment when a code issue arose. Within an astonishingly short span of 20 minutes, they had it fixed to guarantee our customers received the desired promotions seamlessly.

This app has been truly transformational to our store. Lots of functionality, customization, and the support from the Rebuy Dev team has been next level. GREAT experience with Rebuy so far. Our onboarding partner, Keaton, customized our smart cart to have everything we wanted, things that other apps could not support. He also executed everything quicker than I would ever expect! I'm very impressed with how customizable the widgets and cart are and am excited to use it more across our website.

First of all, customer service is second to none. They are quick to respond, and they have so much expertise in customizing your cart. The app itself is also amazing. The upsells, crossells are fantastic. Works great and would recommend to anyone.

The overall experience has been great so far. We had the app installed on one of the websites, implemented dynamic bundles and gift with purchase which went well and seen results straight away. Since we started working with Monica Neal on the "7 weeks growth program" I feel like we have finally started to make the most out Rebuy Engine. Monica's been great leading the growth and keeping us updated with the new widgets. I'd also like to mention we had difficulties implementing the SmartCart due to our custom theme, the team was on it and helped us deliver an "on brand" customer experience without having to involve a 3rd party developer, mega helpful.
