I had a consultation with Rich. I thought it was going to be a fairly normal integration call talking me through the features of Rebuy. What I got was a thorough, insightful consultation on my entire web sales strategy that was incredibly useful. Now that we've continued integration with Rebuy, we appreciate how advanced and effective their tech is. But the team and service truly set them apart. They really care about your online business and want you to succeed.

I can't say enough about the app and how many functions it has. Over time, we continue to add more features to our site and see the revenue Rebuy is generating. I recently had an issue that I couldn't figure out for custom placement of a widget I created, and in 5 minutes of opening the chat, Tom placed it for me with no problem. I highly recommend Rebuy for anyone looking to add conversions, upsells and customization to their Shopify store.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom from Rebuy, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Despite encountering a tricky issue on their website, Tom's dedication and persistence were outstanding. He patiently worked through the problem, demonstrating not only his expertise but also a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. His perseverance paid off as he ingeniously resolved the issue. It's rare to come across such dedicated support. Tom's excellent service and problem-solving skills are commendable. We are using Rebuy on all 6 of our Shopfiy stores and it's definitely the bees knees of upsell /bundling apps. And we looked at A LOT of options including full custom code builds and custom apps builds. As with any solution there are pros and cons that will be more or less important depending on your situation: CONS - Out of the box designs are pretty limited and it's best to use their $1,000 USD launch package to get everything set up how you want by their dev team. - This process wasn't as smooth as we'd hoped - Rebuy is a big platform with lots of functionality and options - a lot more could have been done to help us prepare for this process so that it could go more smoothly. There was a lot of back and forth to get everything set up. Ideally you go to them with full mock ups of all the widgets you need and exactly how you want them to work. For this you need to know all of the deals you might want to run through those widgets and how they will need to function. It's a lot to think about and prepare for. In saying that many of their widgets are quite dynamic and there is good flexibility with running multiple types of deals and offers through the same widget. But I guess be prepared that you won't be able to do this 100% of the time. - If you want to make major changes to the design/functionality of your widgets, you might need to use their launch package again and go through their dev team to achieve this. - There is a lot of custom coding to get it set up. You're building a pretty big platform in to your store and so it's a new system to manage moving forward. If you have any issues you'll most likely need to go through their dev team to fix them. We haven't experienced any major issues or glitches with their platform in the 6 months we've been live. - It's reasonably pricey but in our opinion worth it's worth it. PROS - Their team is awesome. The support is 10/10. I think this is a big part of why the cost is worth it. Everyone is super friendly and they are based in multiple time zones so you can always get help when you need it. On top of that they get back to you fast and so you don't go waiting 24 hours to actually get assistance. - They know the platform inside out and have lots of epic ideas to help you execute your deals in the best way possible. Our account manager has been going well above and beyond what i'd expect to help us get deals live on our store and execute them in the best way possible. It's seriously A class support and again this is why it's worth the cost for us. - Once you've used the launch package to set everything up you're store will be at a new level of gangsterness. We were using an upsell and bundling app before and after moving to Rebuy the success of our upsells and bundles has improved because the useability is SO MUCH better. They are wizards and can pretty much achieve any UX/UI you want, making everything seamless across your store. Definitely recommend this app highly and just be as prepared as you can for the onboarding process with your designs and functionality requirements. Our stores if you want to check out some widgets - we're using the smart cart with built in upsells and also the bundling widget on our bundle pages that lets people add 2 items to cart at once. Adding ReBuy to our site is probably the best application we have every employed. We use MANY tools they have to offer and I still feel like there is so much more we have yet to use. Reza has been a massive help in guiding us to understand out analytics, leverage more tools on the site, and optimize the ones we currently use. Their support has also been top-notch when it has been needed. I highly recommend this application for your Shopify Store. Especially for Gift With Purchase solutions and Upsells.

We've been using Rebuy for a few years now and it's truly an awesome upsell app for our business - I don't write reviews often but I've seen consistent results for a long enough time (both in performance and in their support) that it's worth sharing my experience. The most obvious widgets where impact/results are most black & white is with the checkout upsells (if you're on Plus) and the post purchase offers. We use the other widgets too but it's hard to know what the customer would have bought without the upsells unless you can run a true a/b test. That said, we know with certainty that Rebuy is helping us improve AOV and generate extra profit over and above their cost - which is the whole point! Over the years, the team has always been very helpful (impressively so compared to many other apps on Shopify) and our Success Manager, Max, in particular has been very helpful and great to work with. Don't sleep on this app, especially if you have skus that pair well together.

Keaton at Rebuy was a massive help with building out our Black Friday gift with purchase offer using Smart Cart. He truly went above and beyond to help us build the experience from the ground up - We had a relatively out of the box setup, but we were able to accomplish a super smooth user experience that our customers loved. Rebuy powered over 24,000 free gifts over our sale period with no hiccups at all!

We live in a world where there are quite literally a bajillion different apps to serve our needs as ecomm business owners. For any problem you have, or any value add you want to provide, there are at least 10 apps for your problem. Having the tech work is the baseline for a successful experience, and ReBuy's tech is great, or at least seems so to a dummy like me. Working with an app or service provider that still understands the singular core principle of a successful partnership - treating your customer's like they matter and with the understanding that they're the reason you have a business - is as rare as a white rhino these days. That's where ReBuy excels. To that point I don't even know if it's their entire company, but we work with a guy named Max as our customer success manager, and this dude just fkn gets it. Max was there every step of the way during on-boarding, but the VIP treatment didn't end there, including during post-implementation, and BFCM, where he was on it continuing to be a resource, responding at any hour just to be sure his clients were ok during the most chaotic month of the year. I'm sure other apps can do what ReBuy does and if I had to guess some could do it cheaper but in today's day and age, having a team behind you, in your own time zone, that speaks your language, and understands your challenges deeply is quite literally priceless. Thank you Rebuy and Thank You Max.

We love Rebuy, super powerful tool that has helped us increase our UPTs, AOVs and customer LTV. We especially found value in our Merchant Success Manager, Max Trummer. Max goes above and beyond helping us bring our ideas to life, no matter what we throw at him. We especially appreciate that he is available during APAC hours and he's a wizard at writing scripts.
