Rebuy Personalization Engine

We recently started using Rebuy and can't thank Rich enough for all the help he's given us. He has gotten us so excited to see the magic of this app and he has been so helpful and responsive with absolutely any question we had. He provides quick answers and great ideas. We have heard the best things about this platform and now we understand why. Thank you to the rebuy team, and especially Rich!

Worth it. So far so excellent. Support is A+. Installation was straightforward and there are a multitude of options offered for cross-sells and upsells. Look no further, these guys are moving in the right direction. I'M BACK with a 5 month review -- This is essential in your app stack. Been using Rebuy for over 5 months now and not only have we substantially increased our AOV but the tools available allow for a high level of personalisation. The support is next level. I can’t speak positively enough about the team going above and beyond with any interaction I’ve had. Not just being nice - but being competent - massive win! Rebuy seems to continually put resources into building and creating a tool with even more capability for merchants. 6 on 5 stars for Tom & Gary. 100% would use again and again and again. Rebuy has been a dream come true for us! We previously had a cart similar to their 'smart cart' that was entirely custom / non dynamic. Keeping it updated was extremely difficult and overtime it degraded. I love that we can keep our cart fresh and easily swap out different promotions and widgets. I can easily say we've seen a boost in both AOV and CVR. I'm excited to integrate Rebuy with more areas of our site including PDPs, homepage, etc. Also big shout out to Dante Maxwell for his incredible guidance and answers to my ever persistent questions! General chat support has been great as well, super fast and helpful.

I am OBSESSED with Rebuy! They offer so many features in one place that you would typically require multiple apps for. Rebuy has done an incredible job at consistently increasing our AOV. This is especially thanks to our amazing rep Janet Gomez! She is incredibly knowledgable within the beauty and cpg space. She has made the best recommendations and is such a joy to work with.

A+ app. and the premiere choice for upselling. There are plenty of other competitors in this space, but the hands-on help we get from our CSM, Janet, is what differentiates Rebuy from the crowd. She's gone above and beyond on several occasions. Truthfully, without her we probably would have went with a competitor.

Terrific App. That said-- I don't think app is an appropriate definition for ReBuy; they are a must-have for any committed E-comm brand looking to scale.

If you sell 3 or more skus on your Shopify store and you don't have Rebuy installed you are leaving money on the table. By far the highest opportunity cost to ROI ratio you will find. It's the gift that keeps on giving. The interface elevates the customer experience and the higher AOVs are the icing on the cake. If your goal is to improve the look and feel of your site and increase revenue, REBUY is must. Congrats to John and Aaron, you've got a customer for life!

Rebuy is a great app. That's the best & most straightforward way to implement AI in your website + all the upsell/cross-sell you want. They also do a post-purchase page which is amazing. Special mention to Jeffrey, who helped me figure out my needs and showed me how to implement them for my website.

Rich from support, the man! Customer service is quick to respond, which is great. We had some shenanigans with originally getting set up because of some pricing confusion, but happy that we were able to onboard ultimately, bc they're support team is A+
