Sending a special shoutout to Janet and Aaron for helping us with a very tricky issue related to getting our bundles / discounts working with the SmartCart! It is obvious the team really cares about ensuring we are having the best experience with ReBuy and getting the most out of the app. While it's still too early to tell how this will impact the business / performance, it's a big upgrade from where we started and I'm confident the results will follow!

Rebuy and the teams there are a winning combo for us! We love what options we have to increase conversion and AOV. It's paid for itself many times over. Our marketing team can implement new widgets without getting our dev team involved which is a great time saver. Their support and launch teams are the most responsive and kind folks we have ever worked with in the Shopify app community. Well work the price!

We have been working with ReBuy for a couple years now and we are VERY happy with the results! I have to give a big shoutout to our account manager Aiman, who worked with us one on one to build a custom bundle page for our brand. He went above and beyond! Definitely recommend adding Rebuy to your store if you are looking for a great way to increase AOV and work with people who care about the success of your brand

The best app we use on Shopify! Rebuy has played a big part in helping drive up CVR and AOV. Also can't say enough about the Rebuy team. It's usually a struggle to have a productive live chat with support but Rebuy is always is super attentive, genuinely helpful, and technically sound. Wish we would have used the app sooner and can't recommend enough!

In LOVE with the rebuy app! Rebuy has really helped boost our overall AOV and UPT over the years with the many plug and play widgets that they offer. With rebuy, our merchandising and marketing teams are able to personalize the shopping experience by offering upsell/cross-sell opportunities at multiple touch points within the user journey. Also, Suki Abdulla is the absolute BEST rep ever! She's really supported us with setup with additional widgets that we want to implement.

Rebuy is by far the most valuable app we have used in our shop. Checkout for our customers is easy and being able to suggest products as an impulse buy has worked well for us. In addition, whenever we have needed help, the team has been incredibly helpful — by far the most helpful out of ANY app that I currently (or previously) have used. Definitely recommend this app.

Extremely powerful app for boosting your AOV with a multitude of features. It's a real "all in one" solution that replaced many of our existing apps. The support is also absolutely incredible... probably the best support experience I've ever witnessed in fact! Shout out especially to Jeffrey for all the customisation help - he really goes the extra mile to help you get you up and running as smoothly as possible. Aiman Alamdy is an absolute beast! Most reps will just respond to an inquiry with a ton of links with robust documentation on how the user needs to make the change. Aiman was able to get into the code over a Zoom call and help us from start to finish to set up our upsells and ensure they were firing. He cares about customers and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure they are taken care of.

This app is a game changer for my supplement brand! Before Rebuy I had to manage 3+ apps just to accomplish everything I wanted to do, and none of theme delivered the results expected or were as easy to use as Rebuy. Support is A+ too. Tom and his entire team were able to help me with a theme issue quickly and efficiently. As a small business owner who builds and does everything himself, I couldn't ask for a better app.

Rebuy is a great app. The widgets sometimes need a bit of customization to work exactly like we want but the support team has always been responsive and helpful.
