Rebuy Personalization Engine

We are about to turn this app live on our site and we're super excited. This whole process has been very simple and smooth considering we have no tech person on our team. Aaron Dungca has been with us every step of the way and could not have been more knowledgeable, positive and helpful. He is incredibly responsive and patient and an amazing asset/representative of the company.

The app itself is great! Pretty easy to use and straightforward. I gave it 4 stars because there's some workarounds needed if you're not on Shopify Plus, but Jeffrey from the Support Team helped tremendously throughout the week to help get a widget up and running for us. Looking forward to using this app for other upsell and cross-sell promotions!

Amazing app, the product recommendations with just the out of the box AI are extremely relative which has saved us a ton of time for our "you might also like" widgets. The smart cart has also been a very strong out of the box tool which allowed us to have more functionality for product upsells and has also boosted our conversion rate!

There are many apps out there that CLAIM to get you the most bang for your buck. Rebuy is the only one that has delivered for us. The installation is easy, the customizations are awesome, and their client support is top-notch. We paid the extra fees to have the widgets set up for us, and I can't tell you how amazing our experience was. If you are blessed enough to get Janet Gomez as your Merchant Success Manager, you will have the most effective answers, the quickest.

This app will generate us significant extra revenue. As we scale our advertising it will be a game changer. In testing, we are seeing it increase Average Order Value on about 60% of orders.

Wow this team is talented. Had a bit of trouble getting some features to work and their chat support took care of every request and even helped integrate an unsupported Subscription platform! Honestly, couldn't give this app a higher recommendation. Still waiting to measure lift from the utility, but so far its improved the customer journey on our store.
