Rebuy is a very versatile and feature-packed app with the capability to measurably improve AOV and product discoverability. It's also well-built and easy to customise from a development perspective. The app will more than pay for itself, which is evident by its promise of a positive ROI & money-back guarantee. The support is excellent and it feels like they're always working on new features and improvements.

Rebuy has literally helped add $5-10 to our AOV in a matter of days. And, the smart cart is a huge UX upgrade. There's a lot to learn when getting started, however. Took days to begin learning the flows. The team has been super responsive and helpful! Love that one app covers all our upsell/cross sell features instead of our previous stack of 2-3 apps.

Every frontend app you add to your site will make it slower, so being able to get product recommendations, cart upsells, product addons, checkout upsells, smart cart, post purchase offers AND a link builder, is a great deal. Rebuy also has a very sensible pricing model. Unlike what is common ("$399/mo" flat), your bill depends on your amount of orders. So after a bad month, you pay less, and after a good month, you pay more. We have used it for less than a month, but during that time, Rebuy can account for 8.92% of our revenue. I expect this to increase over time as we optimize more, aiming for 12-15% or so. This has been for addons, product recommendations, cart upsells, and checkout upsells only. Not the fastest, but good enough. I had a great onboarding call with an employee who physically wrote down a whole page of notes based on my feedback, and You make the logic for recommendations to a big extent by yourself. This gives good control over which products gets displayed where. The output logic is currently a bit lacking, but I expect that to improve in not long. (you can precisely target any product you like, but determining which products will show up is somewhat limited per 04.04.22) I find it surprisingly satisfying to make more logic and addons, it's quite versatile (though with a bit of a learning curve), and you get a lot for what you're paying. Highly recommended.

I reached out to the support team because a drop down menu in the smart cart was not displaying properly on my website. Christian replied promptly and Strauss fixed the issue within 24 hours. It turned out to be a CSS issue with my theme. Great support!

Got to give this app 5 stars already. Been looking for a cross-sell app that was easy to customise with our product range. Both the introduction and support was excellent as are the documentation and guides.

Well, we have had Rebuy Personalization app for the better part of 2022 into 2023 and the results are socksational. We launched 6 different product widgets throughout the site. Some are AI driven while others remind visitors what products they browsed on the site (kinda like a wishlist). We have 4000 different socks so the "recently visited" widget helps remind visitors so they can add-to-cart quickly, increasing conversions. The widget ui is silky smooth to the touch and the add-to-cart button is tightly integrated and blazing fast. In our Rebuy Smart Cart Drawer we have a 3rd party integration with "Card Isle" that fits well with our gifting and gift wrapping add-ons. We also have more AI driven widgets in the cart. On the checkout page we have another upsell widget for quick adds. And we are now testing after checkout up-sells to a specific audience. Any support questions, be it technical or marketing, are handled quickly. The launch manager made the process simple, expect to be up and running in no time, that was our experience. Highly recommend this app. Kudos to the Rebuy Team!

Rebuy is one of the best and most powerful apps on the Shopify App store. We've been using Rebuy for almost 2 years and are so impressed with not only the features and functionality but the excellent support they provide as well. We primarily utilize Rebuy for product add ons and GWP promotions and both are super easy to setup, edit, and publish on our own. Whenever I have had any trouble getting a widget edited on our site the Rebuy support team is quick to provide support and go above and beyond to get everything up and running smoothly. I can't recommend this app enough, it is a must-have for Shopify merchants!

I love all Rebuy's features! It has helped boost our AOV significantly. I do also have to mention their customer service. Very responsive and always willing to lend you a hand and figure out things. They're always available to hop on calls to explain you how to set up different features. Definitely a great app that I highly recommend!

Game changing functionality, and fantastic support team. Recently helped identify a bug in our website that had crippled us for a few days even though it was nothing to do with them. Highly recommend. - Also to note, if you use Recharge there is no alternative so stop the hunt!

Have used this app on multiple stores, the ease of use and helpfulness of the staff is impeccable. Amazing features like pre and post offer checkouts, smart cart, product recommendations and bundle features. Lots of creative ways to utilize this app and can be integrated/customized to any theme.
