A fantastic app, really user friendly compared to others. It did unfortunately go funny on Black Friday but that's probably because of the amount of messages being sent etc, hopefully that will not happen again. Customer service was good and they sorted it as quickly as possible. The app has generated £295 in extra sales in 10 days, so we're happy :)

I am still using the trial, but so far I've generated more revenue than what I had expected, it's brilliant! I was dubious about the power of Messenger, but now we're using it for Customer Services we've noticed an uplift in sales, and our clickthrough & open rates are amazing. Definately going to sign up to the paid version once our trial is finished!

This app offers all the features that no other app offers. Only installed for a couple of weeks so we're excited to see the results we will get!
