Simple to use and intuitive, if we can add an image to the recovery email, that would be perfect!

Easy to install and get up and running. Can feel a bit spammy on your site if you turn everything on.

We've been using this app for 7 days now. Based on my (limited) experience, Recart is loaded with features that I can't wait to take full advantage of. The ability to capture emails in real time at checkout and also capture emails from other apps like Privy is huge. Also, big plus for their performance-based pricing. Based on our estimated recovered sales volume, Recart will cost much less than similar apps we've reached out to. I'm giving the app 4 rather than 5 stars because I wish the email editor offered more flexibility / customization. It is simplistic, very basic and we've had some rendering issues in Outlook. From a branding perspective this is unfortunate but at the end of the day, what matters most is the ability to recover as many sales as possible. I'm optimistic that Recart will allow us to do just that.

Recart seems to have a very comprehensive suite of tools to win that customer back with abandoned cart emails, messages, add to cart pop up and push notifications. It is a very useful app. Pricing wise could be more competitive though.

So far so good. Mainly using it for the abandoned cart function but trying out the messenger push notification as well. So far everything seems to work well. Time will tell.

As soon as I started this app, I had subscribers. The icon on the website is unobtrusive and one that people are generally comfortable with. Meaning that customers know that they'll be communicating through Messenger. My review is based on 7 days of usage, but I'm looking forward to seeing the full results. I hate leaving reviews when I haven't fully seen the benefits of an app/product, but for only 7 days, I think it may just be a good addition to (or alternative to chat). I would only be concerned with using it as a stand alone if you have customers that don't have a Facebook Messenger account.
