Already seeing some added sales and love that I'm collecting email addresses. Soma and his team have been very patient with me and all my questions and issues :) He knows I don't give up and I appreciate him sticking it out with me.

As soon as I started this app, I had subscribers. The icon on the website is unobtrusive and one that people are generally comfortable with. Meaning that customers know that they'll be communicating through Messenger. My review is based on 7 days of usage, but I'm looking forward to seeing the full results. I hate leaving reviews when I haven't fully seen the benefits of an app/product, but for only 7 days, I think it may just be a good addition to (or alternative to chat). I would only be concerned with using it as a stand alone if you have customers that don't have a Facebook Messenger account.
