I installed Recart to see how many abandoned carts we were really getting on our page. I realized within 30 days after installing the app, there were $485 worth of lost revenue. I was able to tweak things in our cart page as well as converting some of those abandoned carts using their auto email campaigns.

I am about 10 days in on trial and so far so good. Several carts have been recovered and converted to sales resulting in about $500 in gross revenue.

This was a pretty good app during the trial. I really liked it. The data by the way is incomplete and there are many errors. While my trial was live this company apparently changed hands and the price more than doubled. After much thought I decided to give it a try and pay for the app. I signed up. Nothing has happened. The app is not working. I'm paying but nothing. I see a few collected emails here and there, but nothing like before. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and nothing. Slow response by support to my inquiries. I'm going to have to cancel the service and request a refund or contact my credit card company for non-delivery. I am so disappointed. I was hoping that this would be a good thing.

Have been using the app for ~15 days now. So far so good. Email capture rate is definitely higher than Shopify's native solution or other similar apps i have tried. Have already seen sales that would otherwise not have been captured in other solutions. The only issue I've faced in testing it is that there's a fair bit of lag between clicking on the link in an email and being taken to the checkout page - it goes through a series of redirects including taking you to your home page first - when that happened at first, i thought there was an error. All in all though, definitely see this as an effective, valuable app.

This app is amazing! I have the normal abandon cart email setup but this app takes it to the next level with the design. Response is much higher.
