This is hands down my favorite app on Shopify! Supports gets back to you the same day and they are super helpful. Their pre-built campaigns make it beginner-friendly! I can really see how this app will be collecting information in an efficient way and doubling to tripling my sales on autopilot once set up! In order to be successful with Shopify you MUST have this app! The best part is you can literally set EVERYTHING up within a 3 hour time frame and then let it run on autopilot! Now that I have this app I am VERY CONFIDENT in my store being conversion-friendly and collecting info from potential customers and getting me back end sales giving me a nice residual income! I feel so blessed and lucky to have found this app! GET IT NOW!!!

I have started to use the recart app and have to say the support is amazing high level caring and very personal ( not something that is to be taken for granted this days ). The management is very attentive and they are very innovative and the solution they provide is very cutting edge and a must to every shopify. Abandoned carts are one of the biggest challenges and their solution is probably a turn around solution, that without it the Shopify store might not be profitable. So definitely recommend it very warmly.

I just realized all my emails were sent to the spam folder, also, no new features in the past 6 months...
Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it! :) At Recart we send emails via Mailgun. They are one of the best email providers for sending emails at scale. We have a dedicated account manager who keeps his eyes on the IP reputation of Recart. He makes sure everything goes smoothly and the deliverability rate stays at the top. Our inside tests indicated that Recart emails go to inbox in the largest inboxes like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, AOL. However, according to Mailgun, going to spam is inevitable. Spam filters are so complicated, one email provider can't comply with all of them. Our average spam rate is 0,01%, so only a very few emails go to spam. In conclusion, no matter what, a little percent of your emails will go spam. At Recart, we'll improve our emails in the future to comply with all the CAN-SPAM Act rules and try to avoid more spam folders. We've released a lot of new features in the past and we are about to launch several more next month!
