Love the idea of using messenger as a marketing method, seems to work ok so far

App does not work properly..keeps sending cart reminders to customers that have already completed an order (and sending them the 10% off discount cart reminder to really infuriate customers!..have been waiting a long time for a response from the developer who cannot seem to fix the problem..they don't respond to emails asking when it will be fixed..terrible service, app has caused me more issues than benefits
Thanks for the review, we always appreciate the feedback. :) This situation can only occur when a visitor leaves an abandoned cart on your store, and then places the order on a different device using a different email address. We're constantly working on new ways of optimizing our tracking even further, so please don't hesitate to get back to us if you're still experiencing this so that we can make sure everything is in order.

i have used the app previously and using it again on my new store. it has performed extremely well last time & i am sure it will bring some $$ this time too. loved it and i recommend it .

Very helpful app! I collected multiple email addresses from new customers that would otherwise have been lost and recouped some of my abandoned carts in the first couple of days!!

I have been able to find a few solid uses from Recart and I find their e-mail drag and drop system to be fairly decent when compared to some specific programs my company uses. My main use for Recart was capturing e-mails earlier in the process. My website sells high ticket items with an AOV of 4 to sometimes 5 figures. A customer who is scared to input their e-mail address from clicking "add to cart" is not a buying customer and i don't view this as a wall for the business. All in all, Recart appears to be a useful and appreciated tool to the business. 5 stars !

Love the app. Has captured abandoned cart emails and converted lost revenue into big time sales. Highly recommend.
