I would like to give my compliments to Alex for his thoroughness and assistance. As some have come to know, I’m a bit challenged when it comes to comprehending directions, even when they are straightforward and easy to understand. I also have this medical issue that takes a real toll on my self-confidence, so I avoid other people and questions like the plague. That’s because interacting with them often turns into a frustrating, agonizing process for me. I have just installed the app, so I can't review yet the effectiveness of the app. At first, the installation wasn't straightforward and slightly confusing, to be honest, but Alex and Saumya were both great and helped me set up everything, step by step. It looks like it is working, so I am looking forward to getting plenty of upsells to increase my AOV! Fingers crossed!
