Ottima app! Alex è stato perfetto in termini di assistenza, mi ha aiutato molto. Unica piccola pecca: nell'offerta post acquisto non ho potuto allegare i costi di spedizione che nel nostro caso gestiamo con un tool esterno. Spero possano integrare questa funzionalità. Per il resto Reconvert è davvero utile e fatta benissimo.

Très puissant et complet. Plutôt facile à prendre en main. Offre de départ gratuite jusqu'à 50 commandes, excellente idée pour débuter ! Juste dommage que ça ne soit pas traduit en français. Sinon je recommande votre app.

I just installed the app. So far it's been as advertised but more than anything. I appreciate the customer service I received from Alex, one of their "help desk" employees. I'll see how the app actually performs moving forward and update/add a new review again

El servicio de ayuda es muy bueno pero no funciona realmente para Chile ya que solo podemos utilizar intermediarios de pago (FLOW, MERCADOPAGO...) para uso de tarjetas. Funciona a medias. Te deriva a un "thankyou page " pero no puedes usar los funnels.

La razón por la que tus clientes no pueden ver esto en este momento se debe a la forma en que Shopify funciona desde el back-end y sus propias limitaciones. This app, though may be useful for some, is not a good product for small businesses or those starting out. If you have little to no sales in your store, this app will still charge you the $4.99/month usage fee. The moment you go over your 30 day "trial" you will be charged. So..just take that with a grain of salt. Review edit: I will say Avraham definitely tried to do his due diligence to try to rectify the situation. Through consistent attempts to try to get ahold of me to messages to communicate with me while I was temporarily unavailable. I still feel this app is not small business friendly. If they perhaps got rid of their minimum tier of charging $5/month for anything under 50 orders to give a small business a chance to grow, but it isn't cost effective if you have few sales, and this app doesn't capture any upsells. I can't raise my star rating until I'd actually have a good chance to use the app, not going to be possible with their current pricing structure. Edit # 2 - Avraham is very persistent to try and rectify the issue with me in regards to my app and my experience. You can tell he cares about his product and has belief that it works. I still very much stand by my previous review. This app is NOT small business friendly. Here are the facts for my use case: I am a small business, recently started in February, haven't built up a lot of organic traffic yet. 1. Installed app - Fairly easy to install. Funneling was somewhat simple through enough trial and error and clicking through settings to make sure to get everything the way you want. 2. It will count how many carts and sales you've had and will let you know when an offer was put through through their charting. 3. When testing the app, the layout looked clean. 4. Offers were made. As I didn't have many transactions, tries were very limited as to the number of offers attempted. 5. I achieved 0 upsells as a result of this app. 6. 2-3 days after the 30 days was up, I was charged their $4.99 fee. App was NOT worth $5.00/month for the limited amount of upsells this app offers to my customers. In summary, while Avraham's dedication to customer service is commendable, the app's pricing structure is not conducive to small businesses just starting out. Without a more flexible pricing tier that accommodates lower sales volumes, I cannot recommend this app for new or small businesses. The potential for upsells does not justify the monthly fee given my current sales volume and experience. If you are a store that has some decent traffic and sales, this app is worth a shot. Upgraded review star rating from 1 to 2 based on Abraham's willingness to work with me to find a solution that would work for both of us.

I used this product in the past and had to take a break as I didn't need a post purchase option, things have since changed and I needed to get my old program back. I had some questions and Avraham and Alex took great care of me. Product is awesome, and 10/10 customer service.
