Super quick (really a response less then 1 minute) and actual helping customer support.
A response time of less than a minute is truly elite! It’s one thing to be fast, but being actually helpful at that speed is the gold standard for support. It’s clear the team is not just monitoring the queue, but truly understands the product.

got upsell today cause i was using OCU before. Zipify OCU basically makes it so that post purchase upsells are separate transactions from the original order this means that if a customer later chargebacks their order with 2 post purchase upsells, you get 3 separate chargebacks which basically will inflate your chargeback rate and get you shut down by shopify EASILY this is so dangerous, which is why i switched to ReConvert. ReConvert edits all upsells into the original order so everything will count as just 1 order. this gives me great relief and anxiety about having my cb rate artificially inflated ashely has also been a great help with setting everything up from the beginning.

This is a great app that genuinely drives more sales
That is the ultimate feedback! It’s one thing for an app to look good, but it’s another thing entirely for it to genuinely drive sales. At the end of the day, that ROI (Return on Investment) is exactly why tools like this exist. Knowing that the app is actively moving the needle for your business is a huge win.

I had a very frustrating experience with Upsell.com. There is no clear or real time overview of the costs you are building up while using the app. Charges are not visible in advance and are suddenly deducted, which came as a complete surprise. In my case the app generated €340.86 in upsell revenue, while €424.70 was charged in usage fees. Paying more than the app earns makes no sense for a merchant. The pricing structure is unclear and based on impressions that often do not convert, yet still count towards billing. Without clear cost visibility or safeguards this app is risky to use. I would not recommend this app unless you are willing to constantly monitor your Shopify bill and accept unexpected charges.

We didn't use the app for probably a year or so und forgot to delete it. With the time, the amounts charged went 10x out of nowhere. Last month they charged us $319 for nothing. Seems very criminal. Upsell.com team - if you want me to adjust this review, please refund
