I've had a good experience with this app. It handles my simple upsell funnels quite well, and the results have been a bit better than expected in the short time we've used it, and most importantly our customers have given us positive feedback.

Great app, I've been looking for something that will enable me to edit the thank you page. They made it easy to edit everything in the page builder. Is intuitive with drag-and-drop functionality. I hope to see soon how well it converts, Is worth the investment.

Great app, used it on several stores. Very fast and helpful support, Anastasia helped me out in no time. Update: We had need of additional support and questions that Anastasia helped with, again very swiftly. Can't recommend this app enough, already have additional revenue coming in just hours after installing the app.

I had been a long-time user of the ReConvert App. However, several months ago the App was updated and I had to reconfigure my setup. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the new configuration to work properly and reached out to support. Whilst the team was pleasant, nobody seemed to want to take any responsibility. I was given links to confusing instructions and was in a continuous loop trying to get support, being told someone was working on my case, never hearing anything, and following up. I supplied a detailed plan of what I was trying to achieve and was told someone would configure it for me. It never happened. Months of more follow-up passed until one of the managers stepped in to apologise. He asked what he could do to turn my experience around so I told him I just wanted the App to work as it had before the update. When I never got a response, I followed up...then I gave up! I've since uninstalled ReConvert and moved to a new App which is much more user-friendly. As such, I've edited my original 5-star review to 1-star to reflect my terrible experience that cost me Christmas sales.

I just connected this app. I was pleasantly surprised when a live chat agent popped in and asked if I needed help setting everything up. All I had to do was provide my product links and answer a few questions. This saved me a lot of time trying to figure things out. We're off to a great start!
