Worst app ever. Set up is a joke. Nothing makes any sense and all options are hidden. Save yourself some time and frustration get any other upsell app. Guaranteed all the positive reviews are seed reviews created by them because nobody in their right mind would subject themselves to the level of frustration this app provides.

Shafta was amazing to work with. She really went above and beyond helping me set up my post-purchase upsell and made the whole process smooth and easy. She explained everything clearly, was super patient with my questions, and made sure everything worked perfectly. The best customer service ever! I had a spectacular onboarding experience with Saumya. I wasn't familiar with the platform so she offered extensive help to set up all the flows we needed. Shafta has been very responsive to my inquiries and provided clear communication. As for the platform overall, we haven't had much upsell so I'm trying to figure out how to ramp up so that the app lives up to its promise.

Easy to use, their support team gets back to you FREAKY fast, but some info on pricing and plans was a little difficult to find.
