I had a problem getting the payment buttons to work, so I contacted support by email. They were quick to respond (I sent my message on Saturday and they fixed the problem on Monday). This sort of support gives me confidence in using their other products. Very pleased and relieved!

I got great help and service for the setup and a bit of customization which was great. Zachary from support was very helpful and responded very fast.

Hard to believe this app has great ratings. The integration process is horrible! The support is horrible! Instructions on how to do things, you guessed it... horrible!

This is the best app I’ve seen for creating recurring membership site. It connects easily to Shopify and the staff have been really quick to answer my questions. It is very user friendly, great App!

Great app. Easy to use but so powerful with a great price. Exactly what I was looking for. Bold commerce apps are all great. Recommend them for everyone who wants to make a step ahead and increase his sales

Good app. Makes processing memberships pretty painless. A few setup issues here and there, but the support team is great to work with and has gotten us past those hurdles. All in all, well worth it.

VERY GOOD APP I have it for only 2 days and the visual result is very interesting. for customer service, very good too. it is fast, friendly and efficient. if you are not a programmer, they do remote installation. thank you very much

I was looking for a way to integrate paypal for my VIP Members Club that wasn't just the typical small paypal box that you can get from paypal. I found Recurring Memberships in the shopify app store and was thrilled that they offered an actual form on the bottom of my page. It looks so much more professional and I've been grateful for all the help I received along the way. They are more than willing to help anyway they can! I needed a little customization and some text a different color, they were super helpful, I told them what I wanted and they went in and customized it for me very promptly. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service and excellent products! Support team is Ah-Mazing!! They were able to take what I was emailing them about what I wanted for my paypal box and made it happen! Down to the font color and centering the box on my page. They really went above and beyond to help me out when I needed it. They were very responsive to my website needs.

Great app for running our membership platform. They actively work with you and are always coming out with new features. Next thing needed would be a robust analytics dashboard similar to the one shopify has recently rolled out.

I'm a developer and tried to get this working and it's still broken.. I also had another developer look into it and he can't get get it working right either. It looks like they set this up so you have to hire them to do it...

After working out some bugs and kinks with the app conflicting with my theme, everything seems to be working great now. I have been in contact with Chris and he was able to get everything done that we asked. He was quick and responsive to emails and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this app for your store! *edit - As we try to do more with this app, we are finding more and more bugs and running into more issues. Support is good at telling me "the devs are aware and are working on this issue" but doesn't go much further than that.

I needed a solution to create a members only area for my store to offer special items not available to the general public, and to offer discounts to members at a discounted price. While my store has not gone "live" yet, this was the perfect solution for my situation. Well done.

Forget this application. After 6 days of struggle (I even had to uninstall MailChimp due to conflicts), and after receiving 22 emails from 6 different guys (Chris, Corey and Brendin did not even know what Alan, Mohammad and Bhumi were doing on the same ticket - unbelievable), I finally uninstalled the application.

If I could give no stars I would. Nothing about this app is fully baked nor does it have any of the basics that you would expect from any business: 1. No welcome/thank you/receipt email sent to the customer when they purchase something. 2. Formatting the text in their widget is broken 3. The ability to turn off automated emails for certain items is broken 4. You are stuck with their definition of memberships. I have a 6 month and 1 day membership but can't use them because they don't have them and you can't pick your own 5. The checkout form doesn't include address or zipcode, or company logos, or credit card logos, or encryption type, just a very sketchy generic form that looks like you are phishing customer CC info 6. Their email styling is broken and doesn't save formatting 7. Can't send your customers emails through the app, you have to download them out and upload them into another app then send the emails 8. Absolutely will not give you an estimate of when the broken items will be fixed, meanwhile, I have a very cheesy unprofessional looking website waiting on them and paying monthly fees. 9. Be ready to get emails about the new apps you can sign up for when the ones they have out don't work. Maybe they could QA something before building something else half ass. The only redeeming quality is Chis the support manager tries very hard to support a piecemeal broken product.
