Redo is extremely user friendly. Customer service is awesome! Anytime we raise a concern, question or issue we never have to wait long for a response. Yesterday I worked with Dallin and he immediately provided an answer along with a video =) Even after he had answered the question he followed up. Every single person that we have dealt with in Redo have been very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend REDO =)
Greg, Summer and the team have been great!! The set us has been so easy and they have handled everything to quickly. Like switching to any new platform there are hiccups and a learning phase, but the team at Redo always jumps in right away to make sure we are taken care of and everything is ironed out!
This app has been very helpful for managing our returns. Just had an issue and I was very impressed with how customer service worked towards a thoughtful and expedient resolution. Cade was a huge help in this process!
Great and fast customer service. If I ever have any issues or questions I can chat with a tech quickly and they resolve things same day for the most part. The techs are very knowledgeable when asked a question and explain things in easy-to-understand language. We haven't had many returns but the process is easy to follow for the customers and us on the back end.
I had a couple issues on creating a label & Dallin was great to work with & got to the bottom of the problem immediately!
We switched to Redo a few months ago and have been really happy with the change. Recently, I ran into an issue with auto-merging orders and setting up the right filters for how our orders are processed. Dallin was quick to jump in, resolve the issue, and even help create the exact filter we needed after combining our second company. He was proactive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend Redo—and a big shoutout to Dallin for his help!
So much more than a Returns platform. If only more apps were this good!! From the day we met with the REDO team about what they were building to today, 2 years later- every team member has acted like the owner of the company. They care so much and answer inquiries faster than any other app/ platform we work with. They have the easiest and most rewarding return systems and now OMS, Order Tracker, Automated flows, the list goes on. They are 100% here to help us grow and simplify our daily operations. Highly highly recommend them.

I can't even tell you how much Redo has helped our company grow. We originally tried using Loop but it was over a month since we signed with them and we were nowhere near being set up. I hopped on a call with Sam and we were set up in less than a week. To use them for returns is also free!! We have decided to switch all of our needs over to Redo, they do our returns, our live AI chat, support, forward fulfilment and we're looking into more. I seriously tell everyone about Redo, they will 100% take over this market for sure. Also, Sam Greer and Easton are LEGENDS. So so happy we went with Redo, best business decision in 2025 by far.

We've been using redo for a little over 2 years. Love the user-friendly front and back end for both our team and our customers. Cade was amazing when I needed some assistance with an international return. Problem was solved and we're back to regular business :)
Redo has made returns and exchanges so much easier to manage. When I did have a question outside of the day to day norm, I was able to easily reach the support team and Cade helped me resolve my issue by not just fixing it, but also by showing me how to resolve it in the future. Great support!
I edited my review after Greg from the REDO team went above and beyond to help us solve a huge and costly headache. I can't speak for everyone else in the two years we've worked with REDO, but Greg showed up as a partner this time.
