Redo has been very helpful in streamlining our return and exchange process. We also appreciate the level of customization offered to enable us to best serve our customers’ needs. When we do encounter issues, the Redo team has been able to jump in quickly to provide resolutions. Love using Redo! We started out using them for returns and are now using them for email marketing, support, upsells, and they are constantly adding new features for us to take advantage of. Also, the support from Jason, Austin, and the team has been incredible. We have a direct line to them and get questions answered extremely fast. Highly recommend!

Jaxon and Skylar are incredibly helpful! I appreciate them checking in with me and my team while we are transitioning into using Redo. So far the app is very helpful. I especially love the Bulk Shipping option to sort similar orders. Our company ships LARGE Kickstarter campaigns and this feature are been invaluable in that process.

Super happy with the returns and exchanges portal. Best thing to note is the quick customer service. Not like some other apps where you are waiting forever to get a hold of someone to fix an issue.
