We’ve been using Redo since the early days, and it’s been an incredibly valuable addition to our business. Their returns, package protection, and fulfillment tools make everything run smoother for us and for our customers. Support is fantastic, It’s easy to use, reliable, and has taken a ton of stress out of managing returns and shipping issues. Highly recommend Redo to any store looking for a better way to handle post-purchase support.

Redo modernized our antiquated returns solution by successfully building a custom integration between their platform, Shopify, and our ERP, streamlining our returns process. Excellent support team! Quick to respond and for issues that require more time, they're very communicative every step of the way. The returns portal recently got an update and it looks so much better. Docking 1 star because I find adjusting any complex settings myself is challenging as they live in multiple places so you run the risk of messing something up. That being said, if I need changes the support team is there :)

Switching to Redo for our returns has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our boutique. We came from an app that charged us a monthly fee and required us to cover the cost of return shipping, which added up so fast for a small business. Moving to Redo, with no cost for returns on our end and the ability for customers to cover their own return label, has been a huge value add for us! On top of that, their package protection and returns all flow through one system, and the workflow + automations have made everything so much easier behind the scenes. The best app and system for returns! We’ve been using Redo for our returns since the early days of our boutique, and it has made the whole process feel so much lighter. Every boutique owner needs this for their returns! We couldn't recommend this solution enough. Not only is it free and takes the pressure off of boutique owners for covering return costs, it also enhances the customer experience and retention too. Redo has seriously changed the game for our boutique. Their returns and protection tools took the chaos out of that whole process and made it so much easier for everyone.
