We've been working very closely with Redo on growing our brand image and ensuring our customers have a good experience, specifically with returns and package protection. They have allowed us the ability, as a smaller business, to ensure our customers are getting a returns experience that is fast and convenient; something we definitely couldn't offer on our own. We have a very open line of communication with them and have been able to suggest improvements and get help with any odd situations that arise. Working with Redo is ,no doubt, a huge asset to our company!

We've been using this service for a while now, and while there are occasional hiccups, their support team truly stands out. Most recently, Will helped me out and I have to say he was extremely helpful. He responded quickly to resolve the issue in no time. Their fast response times and proactive approach make all the difference, ensuring that any problems are addressed swiftly. It's comforting to know that even when things don’t go perfectly, their team (including Will) are there to get things back on track quickly. Highly recommend for dependable support and excellent customer service!
We’ve been using Redo for a long time now, and it has become one of the most valuable partners in our entire tech stack! What started as a solution for returns and exchanges has grown into so much more. Redo now helps us with order fulfillment, cart optimization, post-purchase upsells, A/B testing and overall checkout strategy...plus more. Every single piece has made a measurable impact on both our customer experience and our revenue! Their returns and exchange portal is seamless for our customers and has cut down so much of the back-and-forth with support. Fulfillment is smoother, faster, and more accurate. And the Checkout Optimization team (shoutout to Grant!) has been incredible. They’re proactive, they explain things in plain language, and they consistently bring ideas that actually help. We love the way their post-purchase upsells integrate so naturally into our flow. It truly feels like bonus revenue without interrupting the customer journey. The A/B testing tools are easy to use and have helped us make data-backed decisions instead of guessing. The ongoing optimization support is unmatched. Redo just gets ecommerce. They’re responsive, thoughtful, always improving and honestly feel like an extension of our own team. We have been very happy with Redo—the customer support is phenomenal. Skyler has been extremely helpful and patient through multiple inquiries via live chat. Aaron and Parker have also been accessible and supportive through email and phone. Over time, we’ve added more Redo services because of the consistently high level of service we receive.
Redo has been so helping in the daily operation of our multiple shopify store. Everyone is super helpful when something come up other then that nothing but smooth sailings since we implemented redo and we even get better shipping pricing.

Redo makes the return process very easy for the consumer and merchant! If you do not know how to do something, there customer service team is great to work with and very quick to respond. If there is a feature that is not available, they will submit the request to their team. I had the pleasure of working with Cade, who was able to answer all of my questions.

The platform works well and helps build trust. Greg was awesome once I was connected with him to resolve an issue I had. The prior rep I was speaking with took a very long time to get a resolution - which I wasn't thrilled about. I was very thankful to be transferred to Greg and get everything sorted out! All in all, a great app.

Redo has been a great partner for us. The platform is easy to use, the rules give us the right level of protection against suspicious return activity, and the workflow is smooth for both our team and our customers. We offer a lot of bundle options, which has been challenging with other return services in the past, but Redo is always on point. The best part of Redo, though, is their team. They are incredibly easy to work with and always willing to build or collaborate with us on any ideas we bring to the table.
I've been using Redo since the beginning of my store. I started with the package protection product, the the customer service portal and now use it for fulfillment as well. The rates on the shipping beat out any competitor in the market that I have seen and the software makes it seamless to pick and pack. The best part is any issue I have gets fixed nearly immediately and feature requests are sent and often time completed within a week. It has been a great experience working with Redo I would recommend to anyone who is in Ecom as it saves me thousands every month.
Redo has been very easy to use, makes the return/exchange process so easy for our customers, and their customer support is top tier. Highly recommend!
