We recently switched to Redo as our shipping platform at Beautiful Brows and Lashes US, and we’ve already seen such a difference. The transition from ShipStation was smooth, the interface is cleaner, and the overall workflow feels faster and more efficient. Their support team has also been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the setup. We’re genuinely loving the switch and are excited to continue streamlining our shipping with Redo!

I've been so impressed with Redo and the time saving abilities it has verses my other ship station platforms! From our first meeting through onboarding, the Redo team took the time to understand my processes and helped improve them beyond what I thought was possible. Now that we're up and running, I am still receiving the same care, quick action and responses, with the customer service team.
