I am beyond happy with our experience with REDO! We started with returns and now we are using support and the AI tools. The team is BEYOND helpful and we have loved our interactions along the way. Summer, Quinten, Aaron, and Paxton are amazing

We've been working with REDO for some 2 years, and being a Cycling Apparel ON Line Retailer it enables customers to return items that do not fit easily for an exchange, refund, or Store Credit. It also encourages Buyers to order 2 sizes of an item to try on, and then return what does not fit as we encourage cyclists who are borderline in sizing to order both sizes to make sure of the fit. Also REDO makes processing Returns very easy.

Redo has been a great experience! The onboarding was super helpful & quick. We even had some staffing changes and needed another walkthrough months later - which they were very helpful with. Any issue I have had has been addressed immediately. I am so happy we use them on all our stores!

Redo has been amazing. Implementing REDO along with an AI chat assistant on out website drastically reduced our Customer Service inquiries so much that we were able redeploy resources towards our marketing budget! It has been a great experience over the past 2 years.

10/10 experience period. They listen and respond instantly too. Those who are sleeping on it is missing out big time. This is the app I would recommend to all my friends but gonna keep quiet to my competitors

We cannot recommend Redo enough! Not only have they made our returns/exchange process so much easier for us and customers, but they are also helping us automate our e-commerce processes which is something we never thought could be done. We appreciate how hands on the team is and how they will customize anything that is needed. This simply doesn't exist with other platforms. Instead of a "no", the Redo team figures out a solution. Special shoutout to Hayden and Donminic who have been awesome through out this entire process!

The Redo team has been a pleasure to work with, and the platform has been great for us so far. Easy to use and the team's helped us every step of the way to configure things how we want. Still some areas of improvement, but they're always receptive to feedback and seem to genuinely care about our brand's success!

Love it works as intended. Some issues with buy 3 get 2 free sending refunds to customers for free items but I'm working with their team on this. Also sometimes the customer tries to exchange but not all sizes show as available for an exchange. However, the support is lightening fast and they are working on this now. They can even zoom call you to help you set it up. Great for the price (FREE) since the customer pays 99 cents and the portal handles the returns for you

Jaxon was super quick to respond to a customer service question and helped me resolve the issue. He also said he'd bring it up to development to better the product which is cool!
