Great experience with the Redo support team, especially Skyler. We encountered a technical issue that was affecting our Shopify theme customizer. Skyler took the time to properly investigate, worked closely with us to understand the problem, and implemented a fix that resolved it completely. We really appreciated the clear communication and commitment to finding a solution. Excellent support and very professional throughout.

Times they are a changing. My store has been around for over 80 years and I’m trying to take advantage of everything new I can. I have had redo now for awhile. It works as promoted and the team there, especially Dallin, have worked with me to tackle any challenges or changes I’ve needed done. Highly recommend.
I had an issue with fake account purchasing labels only to do chargebacks (scams), I was pretty stressed out on how to fix this issue as I was getting 20 at a time. I messaged Redo's customer service and Will spent a few hours working with me to not only fix the issue on my shop, but to get me a refund for the charge back fees. Every time I've had an issue, Redo's customer service has been great. Love working with this app and the support they give when something goes wrong.

Really solid experience with Redo so far. Been using them for over a year. We've seen a boost in conversion rate + have saved time with returns + saved $ on ship costs.
Absolute A+ support from Carter on the Redo Team - I was facing what seemed like an insurmountable issue, which was quickly addressed and rectified. You can confidently use this feature-rich application for Returns - there are many plan levels for your needs, and the support is excellent. Thanks again!
4 star as they are the top of the return game. You will not find any other returns platform as robust as REDO. But keeping 1 star off as their international returns doesn't work.
Dallin from Redo helped half my fulfilment time in half and supported me on continuing to press for group return labels as I roll my product into large retailers. Highly recommended!
Horrible Customer service. Been asking for my request for over a week and cannot get any answers or anyone to reach out to me personally. Every request I have had has taken days for someone to get back to me. Many glitches in the platform as well such as showing incorrect outstanding balances.
You know when you've had a bunch of subpar programs smashed together that worked, but needed constant attention and chunks of tape, bubble gum and weird paste to stay working? I'm happy to say, that isn't Redo. They have made our operations so much better and I'm grateful. Their entire team is an example of customer service done right, and their products are slick, constantly growing and improving. Nothing but glowing things to say from us!
