Redo has been such a game changer for us. The UI is very easy to use and the support of the reps across the board has been exceptional. Worked with Greg Bryce and Jackson a lot and they have been phenomenal! So glad I left Shipstation!

We absolutely love Redo—it’s been a total game changer for our team! The platform is easy to use, and their support team is always quick, responsive, and incredibly helpful. We’ve had such a positive experience and truly appreciate the Redo team.

Working with Redo has been great! They have made my return process much more streamlined and easier for customers. Customers can print labels through the dashboard return. It's made it very simple for them. Assistance is always available, and they will help you build out the logic for your return process. Lastly, if you want to provide package protection for your customers, they can set that up for you too and you can collect and keep the funds should your customer choose that option. Can't say enough great things about Redo.

Ya know the whole saying about not putting all of your eggs in one basket? Yeah, well, I've completely thrown that saying (not the eggs...they're safe in the basket) out the window with Redo because they service just about our entire business (returns, warranties, repairs, claims, support, order management, order tracking, yada yada yada). So basically if Redo stops working I'm toast. But so far, so good! We were one of the early adopters of Redo and I recommend them to everyone I can. They've made scaling our entire operation so much easier. To the folks at Redo: thank you for keeping all of my eggs safe

We have been working with Redo for a little over a year now and have nothing but good things to say. We use them for our shipping protection, email automations, and a custom warranty flow. Our processes can be very complicated but the Redo team has always gone above and beyond to see what they can do to customize their products and make them work for us. The whole team is amazing and there are many people willing to step in when problems arise. Shoutout to Jackson for being such a big part of why we've had such a great experience with the company and app as a whole!

Since adding Redo, our exchange and return process has changed to be an easy, straightforward process, not just for us, but more importantly for our customers. We also have the chat and how it assists and replies to customer questions is detailed and professional. We have tried other apps that are similar and they really do not compare. Just add it, you will be grateful you did.

Great service and great team. They're able to accommodate to our needs in terms of styling, service, and value proposition. We had a bug that a customer noticed, and Greg swooped it and took care of it. Great work!

We're super happy with this app. It made the return process much easier for the customer service team, but also for our consumers. And they're constantly improving their service and add new options!

I am beyond happy with our experience with REDO! We started with returns and now we are using support and the AI tools. The team is BEYOND helpful and we have loved our interactions along the way. Summer, Quinten, Aaron, and Paxton are amazing
