Redo makes everything super simple for our customers! With Redo, we are able to quickly process returns & exchanges for our customers. Their customer service is really quick to respond and they are always helping us find new ways to convert our customers and make sure we are showing them relevant product. The AI Chat feature is really easy to use & helps us to answer customer's questions around the clock!

Before Redo we didn't have a return portal on our website. Adding that through Redo has revolutionized our return process. It's easy for our customers and streamlines things at our end. Our customers appreciate the chance to insure a free return label. Almost every customer uses that option. We left Attentive when we realized Redo could handle our SMS marketing just as well at a much lower price. We love how responsive the team is - so unusual to have support at our fingertips!

Redo has solved so many issues for us, and become a partner in more ways than we imagined when we first signed up. The amount of time it gives my CX team back where we are not manually managing returns, to the amazing new Warranty product, to the clever order tracking, they are a one-stop shop for an e-commerce company. Our account managers, the engineers and support are always readily accessible and so responsive. We are raving fans!

Redo is an exceptional program that has saved me SOOOO much time and allowed me to focus on taking care of the customers in a efficient and user-friendly way. Redo has really streamlined our customer experience and saved me hundreds of hours a year that I was spending emailing back and forth with customers to process their exchanges and finding items they wanted as replacements and so forth and hunting down packages for exchanges to process to send out the new items. As our business was growing it was starting to become unmanageable by myself, but we didn't have the resources to bring on anyone else to help me. I can't emphasize how wonderful this program is for both myself and our customers. My work/life balance has increased, and our positive customer experience has increased exponentially. On top of how wonderful the program is, their staff is top notch. From our account manager, Quintin, to the support staff, Greg & Blake, they are exceptional and have been a pleasure to work with. Unlike so many software programs, Greg and Blake respond immediately and always have a solution or work around right away. I have yet to have a situation that wasn't resolved within hours and handled efficiently from start to finish. The whole Redo is a pleasure to work with and they helped me every day for however long it took till I understood the program and how to resolve any user error (me) situations. They also happily put up with my dumb jokes and witty personality. I have recommended Redo to several small businesses belonging to friends, and they also have nothing but positive things to say about their experiences.

What we love most about Redo Returns & Exchanges is the amazing customer service. The team is always willing to help, open to feedback, and truly committed to improving our experience. The platform itself is super smooth and incredibly user-friendly—something that’s really important to us. It was also super easy to implement and integrate into our current system. The Redo team handled everything to make the process as seamless as possible. We’ve been with Redo since the very beginning of the program, and we use it on a daily basis. I cannot say enough good things about this platform and company. The best and most utilized is the customer support that they provide, i mean top notch! So responsive and if they cant solve it then and there the team will build it in their platform. they want to ensure the platform makes your day to day easier. It saves us SO MUCH MONEY, returns are a loss for most companies but not loosing shipping and providing a more curated and specific experience for the customer is THE BEST. I cannot recommend switching to redo enough, we are a clothing/apparel company and it has been a breath of fresh air coming from LOOP Returns.

I'm upset with the support, I had problems and they took more than 1 week to resolve them, I've had a problem for 2 weeks and until now they haven't helped me, there's no way I can stop my store until the problems are resolved, unfortunately I had more dissatisfaction than joy with this app.

Love Redo! We implemented Upcart for our theme and Redo (Harrison) hopped on same day to make sure we still had shipping protection enabled. Love their platform for returns and management. They've been great!

Wow, where to begin? Redo started for us as a return platform. We were previously with Loop. We saved hundreds of dollars a month with that switch. Great! But it doesn't stop there. We were with Gorgias; Redo has a similar platform, which is good enough for us. SAVED MORE MONEY! Now, we are looking at other money-saving opportunities, such as changing from Klaviyo, which everyone knows is ridiculously expensive. They provide excellent IN THE USA, actual person in Google Meet customer service. Every obstacle we have seems to be overcome by their hardworking team. I am lucky enough to have Justin and Austin on my team. Way to go, Redo.

When I first downloaded this app, I had no clue what I was looking at. I sat there thinking, “What is this even supposed to do?” Then came the demo. Next thing I know, I’m deleting six other apps, because this one sorta does everything. But here’s where it gets really good. We casually threw a question their way—“Hey Brayden, any chance we can use it to handle a pretty specific feature we needed for our store?” Fully expecting the usual, “Sorry, that’s not possible.” Instead, they scheduled a meeting. The next day. And they accommodated the feature. Like, for real. Ironically, REDO is the actual 2.0 of our store. Honestly, I’m still in awe. Massive shoutout to their team: Jackson, Brayden, Paxton, Austin, and Aaron. These guys—absolute rockstars. My advice is simple: Download, request a demo—you’ll thank me later.

Warning! This app will break accessiBe which is a crucial app for staying ADA complaint. I found out that if I turn off the app switch in the website settings it fixes the issue and Redo still works fine, so I'm not sure why it's needed. Other than that, Redo has been amazing and it has even increased our sales.
