We are using Redo for Returns and Exchanges as well as CX. We are loving both solutions! Returns and Exchanges has been saving us a ton of time, and the CX tool has been as well. Their support team has been awesome and are always super responsive.

Redo has been super helpful to our growth as a company. The returns flow Redo has is customizable and has made it so much easier for us and our customers to process returns. The support has been great, responses are quick, and Austin, Alex and Jackson have been so easy to work with. Can't recommend enough!!

We have been very happy with REDO. It takes a second to get it all set up but the customer service team and sales reps are VERY helpful and responsive in helping you. I would highly recommend.

Super happy with the returns and exchanges portal. Best thing to note is the quick customer service. Not like some other apps where you are waiting forever to get a hold of someone to fix an issue.

Our customers love this app as it makes returns and exchanges so easy. We love it too for ease of use and reduction of customer support tickets. The analytics platform is super helpful and they have great support. Highly recommend, can't wait to see what other new features you come up with!

Just started with Redo in prep for a busy holiday season and it has been a very smooth transition from our previous return portal. Jed (Sales), Seth (Tech/Sync), and Jaxon (Support Chat) have all been incredibly helpful so far in getting everything up and running! Weekly onboarding calls to make sure we understand Redo (portal, backend, customer facing and anything else we may need) has been efficient even when the team has a plethora of questions. Definitely believe Redo will be a longstanding app we will be using for the foreseeable future. Thanks Redo Team!

Redo has really been a game changer when it comes to streamlining our Customer Support process. It's made it so simple to take care of all of our customers' needs, in terms of modifying orders, helping with returns, even keeping in touch with our customers. It's been such a smooth experience using Redo to manage easy returns and exchanges for clients and the chat is amazing! they always get back to me on time and help me with any problems i've had so big shoutout to the team and will def keep using them in my store. Also, big shoutout to Talmage who helped me on these portal setups and tag exclusion which was super needed for my store and i coulnd't figure it out
