Reputon Customer Reviews App

Super easy to set up but only just installed so haven't tested it yet but IF my thoughts change I will add another review. So far so good.

Seems to be working well maybe we will see if it works once we get enough emails sent out in the next few weeks. It would be great if the response was over 2%.

Pros: Excellent opporunnity to discover unhappy customers and assist them. Also their negative reviews go to inbox vs. posted online. Cons: I don't see anywhere stats on how many positive reviews were posted based on the email sent by reputon. Also, option to send a second follow up email would be great.

Helped me get positive reviews on multiple sites! Easy to set up and get started with. Pricing is a bit rich, would like to see a 100 emails/month for 2.99$.

I like it a lot so far. The app is simple to use, was easy to install. The only thing is I am not sure how to find these reviews and not sure if I do get the review.

Nicely laid out app that makes sending follow up emails to the customers automated. Not sure how many reviews we have received specifically from the app since it just reports how many people opened the email and clicked on the link but I much prefer this to trying to remember to send follow-up emails manually.

We have used it for just one day and so far have received only a couple of reviews, we are yet to see and analyze its results and impact but all in all a nice app. TBhai.com

good app ! pity it is not possible to configure all in one time ! And the template of the email is not attractive.

I'm being pressed for a review before I've really had a chance to see how well it works. It's easy to set up so for that reason I've given it 4 stars, I'll update again when I've had a chance to see some results.

Excellent app. Some of the default design could do with a bit of a spruce up but it's customisable and easy to update. Did exactly what we were looking for. Turned our 4.2 google rating into 4.7 in a week. Was a bit surpised when it emailed a bunch of customers from previous shipments and I wouldn't have selected this if I'd known it was going to, as we were using another review app previously, however it turned out really well and our number of reviews and score increased dramatically and quickly. Good work.
