Ayushi is SO helpful! Very quick to respond and is able to help me out with all of my questions regarding billing and how to find invoice statements. The customer service with Aftership is AMAZING! High recommend (:

The app is not marking the actual orders as returned or being in process for return, and that causing a lot of problems for accounting and customer service! The support is not working on the weekends and they need a very long time to fix anything! be careful if you have a large number of transactions.

I can't say enough good things about the "Aftership Returns" app, and the exceptional support I received from Moazzam just took it to another level! While I haven't been actively using the app, it's reassuring to see that it remains functional and effective. It speaks to the app's stability and commitment to providing a consistent service.
