Moaazzam Ali helped me so much in understanding the pros and cons of using the same URL on 2 different stores. He took my a tour on the filters and Aftership dashboard and it was very helpful in deciding which package i should go with. Thanks so much much appreciated
Arun was SO helpful. I have been trying to get this issue fixed and spoken to multiple agents, Arun was able to fix the routing issue SO quickly. I am extremely grateful for his help! As are our customers who no longer run into any issues when processing returns :)

This time they were helpful this time in helping me to get my account back to the correct plan. It was fairly easy when they walked me through it but overall not the most user friendly.

I was looking for a free way to create a return center on my website and there free plan was filled with all the features I needed. It is a great option for me since I only process a few returns each month. I also use a few of their other services so it was very simple to integrate into my website.
Great support and app does what it says it does!
The app is pretty confusing to use, but is valuable for tracking returns. The functionality of the app is good, but it can be hard to find where to make the update you want or why something isn't working. Neha jumped on a call to walk through the setup with me, which was above and beyond my expectations.
