Our onboarding experience was very smooth considering the quick turn around and the Aftership team has been really supportive in the transition helping to troubleshoot teething issues between our previous platform and continue to improve the system to meet our needs. A great experience so far!

I guess this review is about the app > not about my specific interaction with my customer service rep Ayush (who was great). I think the app is probably a 4/5 >>> service from Ayush was 5/5 There are some items that aren't as intuitive and linearly organized in dropdown menus/actionable items from the main dashboard, but overall a solid app for an e-commerce brand.

Definitely an App I would recommend for any online business trying to make the return process seamless and easy. The support is offered is exceptional.

responsive support by Moazzam and the team, high level of returns routing customization and automation. Would love to have more customization of the returns portal aesthetic, but still happy with the experience overall.

Signed up for a trial of AfterShip Returns. Their website and help docs indicate Royal Mail returns ARE possible but only after support chat is it made clear this is for Enterprise only. I have no idea why this isn't stated anywhere. Just a sentence would suffice. An afternoon wasted. Thanks folks!

Great customer service! Super quick and responsive via chat! Setup can be a tad bit confusing because of all the different options and customizations, but their team is very helpful and of course its always great to be able to customize your settings!

I still have to test the app but it seems it will work good for my purpose. I hope that more couriers will be added for the return feature as I wish to have more options, but for the moment it will do.

Customer support is very helpful. Needed to change the name of my doimain without upgrading my plan to include SSL. Customer support showed me where to go to change the short name and saved me money!

Very very thorough returns app, so it definitely takes time to get set up. Some of it wasn't fully self-explanatory so I utilized the chat feature which was clutch since someone got onto a screen sharing google meeting with me instantly to answer all ny open questions.

1 week in using this app to replace our manual return process. So far so good! In love the with bonus credit incentive, and the self-help exchange for another item in store function!

Super easy set up and plenty of customizations for the return page. I have used multiple apps of this brand and they all work seamlessly with each other and other apps! The customer service is also very prompt and patient. So definitely recommend!
