Has pretty much all of the features you need from a returns solution. We've been looking at them as we want to consolidate returns of multiple stores in one setup. Great support when setting this up

Super confusing app with waaay too much information to understand and set up. I installed for an hour and then gave up and asked for a refund which was like pulling teeth.

The five star rating is for the customer support. The customer support is very good and Moazzam was able to help me quickly and easily. I haven't had a chance to really use the app much yet... just getting it set up.

We've been using AfterShip Returns for years now and not only is the program great, but the customer service is truly amazing! Debashish was able to help me with an issue really quickly and professionally. This has been a great addition to our website and programs and would recommend to anyone looking for a returns program!
