Great app and customer service! Ayush was super helpful to help me with everything I needed and even got on a screen share to double check that everything was working!
horrible. 3 days of trying to get my card to work so I can simply buy labels and 5 different customer service reps saying "we are working on it" or "its fixed now try it" over and over and of course it doesnt work.

Aditya Kumar helped me verify my email domain and was very helpful. This review is for my previous experience with someone else: I just had my demo, it was very helpful and answered most of my questions. I think this app is user friendly (especially for first time store owners). They are working on enabling more features, like calculating estimated shipping costs for returns, which will be a huge plus for the future. However, I will say my demo experience was a little off-putting. After my demo, I was asked to write a review for a discount (which I wrote honestly above). I was asked why I did not rate this app 5 stars and I simply explained it was because a feature that I was hoping to use is not available yet. He said ok and goodbye and I was no longer offered the discount.
