I am still exploring the functions of the product, but I have to say that the customer service Ayushi is very good, she patiently helped me solve a lot of problems, even though we did not speak the same language, we also overcame a lot of difficulties together. Good reviews.

I've been using returns center for a few years now and the service has been incredible in mitigating returns for my customers. It saves me time on answering emails and my customers appreciate the easy form process. The support team at Aftership are awesome too. Responsive and helpful. Aditi was recently super helpful with a billing issue I was having. My issue was sorted out within minutes and all my experiences with their support team have been similar. They really make the entire app experience easy. Highly recommend!

Quicky to connect the RMA issue & label printing. It will be solved a lot of tickets with the RMA team. Very helpful.

Have been using this return app for a few years now. Easy to install and set up your return page & return rules. It saves time by allowing customers to fill in their requests on their own. Things can be automated. They also have some label generation capacities, but I have not been using this option it as this is more US oriented service.

Easy to setup and great support to answer any setup questions. Provides many options to match all customer return reasons.

Excellent app & support team I highly recommend their tools to all shopify store owners. The tool has greatly reduced emails from customers and everything can be easily managed in the dashboard.

A very nice person and helpful. My website just launched and I just wanted everything to go smooth for the customer. And I can't afford to pay for more apps, so extending the trial will be great.

Ayushi dealt with my requests and questions quick and clearly. The ability to exchange one item for another product is not available in this app and having to download another app is annoying. I now know that it is free so I will look into it.

This app is amazing for managing returns. Streamlines the whole process. Setup was super easy & intuitive. Support was super helpful in getting some things set up.
