Wow! very attentive customer service well trained for offering excellence in customer support. I just sign up with the company and the customer service is very prompt on reply assisting me with all my needs in order to set up my account successfully.

Moazzam provided excellent support through the online chat regarding return software for Shopify. He was patient, and knowledgeable, and provided practical solutions. His expertise in the Shopify return software was impressive, and he gave me the confidence to make informed decisions. I highly recommend Moazzam to anyone needing assistance in this area.

Great Service with quick and efficient answers. Very helpful. I would surely recommend Aftership. Indeed needing to add minimum 100 character for a review is a bit annoying, as great things can also be said in a few words!

This app has some great features, but after two weeks and numerous support chats and even zoom meetings, the app is plagued with errors. The support is great, but the constant pleading for a review on various platforms is annoying.

Aftership has been a great tool for our business. It has helped speed up returns, refunds, and exchanges, and made our customer service department more efficient. The customer facing portal is great and easy to use. Overall we are happy customers, and will continue to use Aftership for the foreseeable future!
