I'm currently on a trial of this app and finding it to meet our needs. The interface is clean and well-designed as well as intuitive and the functionality is just what we're looking for. I'm had to contact support with some queries, and they've all been answered quickly and efficiently.
I recently had to contact AfterShip support regarding my returns centre. The agents were very helpful and were very persistent in helping me troubleshoot a resolution to a very tricky problem. I had a great experience with AfterShip agents and would definitely recommend their service to others.
I recently used AfterShip support regarding the translations. The agent was were very helpful and made it easy for me to understand the status of product road map. I also appreciated that they removed their branding from the tracking page, which made it look more professional. Great Service with quick and efficient answers. Very helpful. I would surely recommend Aftership. Indeed needing to add minimum 100 character for a review is a bit annoying, as great things can also be said in a few words!
This app has some great features, but after two weeks and numerous support chats and even zoom meetings, the app is plagued with errors. The support is great, but the constant pleading for a review on various platforms is annoying.
