A great way to automate our customer return process. Reassuring, clear, and simple for the customer. Easy for us to manage once set-up, and visibility of Return Status of any order is at your fingertips. Set-up can be a bit fiddly, but the C/S Team are on hand to help and quickly get you up and running.

Thank you for fixing the issue as quickly as humanly possible. We would love to see you guys try to create a bypass for when people pay with two forms of payment. But other than that you're always so available and willing to help resolve my issues.

The interface is a bit complicated regarding the settings but support was very fast and helpful. We are happy to be using this app, it gets the returns done!

Best option to help you manage your returns. Customer service at AfterShip is also very insightful and helpful! Very excited and glad I chose AfterShip for returns!

They have a chat option while in app, its very helpful and quick response time. I needed to set up a note section for customers to explain their return and got it resolved within minutes. Very helpful app.

Excellent App and Easy to use! Customer service is awesome. I specifically needed a feature to specify conditions under which customers could request a return and this app delivered.
