Unfortunately the app can't translate properly to danish. It has some large translation issues. Otherwise it works great, but we can't use it because of the translation issues.

I didn't feel the support system was very helpful. They seemed impatient with my questions. I also am disappointed that there is not a way to bundle your charges into one charge per month.

Aftership returns centre is easy to use and has a super helpful online support process. I have only just started using the application, however very happy so far.

100 percent most of the 5 stars whose reviews are fake literary this is the most horrible app I have ever used because of these reasons 1- I requested a custom domain, and they charged me 120$ per year, and after two months, they changed the domain to a different store that is not owned. 2- I paid a subscription for one year, which was 185$; then, two times, they charged an amount 40$ for each transaction without any reason, and they uninstalled the app from my store. Rubbish service and big SPAAAAAM Update 7/Nov/2022 they ignored my emails, even the Shopify support email,s and they are not refunding the amount which they suppose to return back or giving any proof of refund. To everyone, please don't use this app its a horrible and cheating service.

I have just installed this app to help my new business launch successfully by offering a smooth returns/ exchange process. Easy to install and customise brand so far. Quick support service too. So so good.

After going back and forth with customer support they have agreed to push my case with the developers about an issue with their mobile version of the returns system. There was an issue where on some mobile devices and the latest IOS safari browsers the "Next" button was not appearing and or disappearing leaving our customers unable to make a return. This meant our time was spent completing returns for our customers. At first they were unable to help even after I proved there was an issue by providing video proof of the problem. Now they have agreed to show the developers and to do something about it. I'm bumping them up to 4 stars as they ultimately decided to do something about the issue and the system is actually pretty good. I'm leaving a star off as its a pain in the A** to get them to actually help you.

VIOLATES YOUR AND YOUR CUSTOMER'S PRIVACY LAWS. BEWARE - If you are using this app you are breaking US and EU laws. This app stores all you customers email data, as confirmed by their service rep (I dont know what other details). To verify this claim, you will see that even if you change the email associated with the order, the App will use the old email id from "their database" to verify the return. This is scary, shocking and should not be allowed by Shopify.

For that we've shared the steps so that you can update the contact information in Shopify and it will be updated on Returns Center as well automatically . Also, I would like to inform you that we are really concerned about security & privacy of our merchants and their customers. All data are stored on the cloud through Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform only for few days. We really work hard to make our app user-friendly and provide a great support experience. We use this app to streamline our customer returns process. We tried a couple of other apps before this one but Aftership Returns Centre was far and away the best fit for our needs. Their customer support team is fantastic and replies to inquiries almost instantly!

First time I had a return, I discovered that I hadn't set things up quite right. Samad took the time to walk me through it and get the mailing label correct for the return in question and for future returns. Works smoothly now -- easy peasy for our customers!
