This app is easy to use and really help for my Shopify store. Further I can deal with my issue with the support team and they have a fast replying time.

Easy to use app that creates a seamless experience for the customer. Does a lot of the heavy lifting for you and automation (on paid plans). Very fast support and a great option for anyone running a Shopify store that wants a professional looking, capable returns process.

Customizable site, fast 24/7 support. Seems to work well so far! I hope they add more themes and features in the future for the free plan and trial.

Customer support does not exist. I have tried for days to make contact with them via email and chat. I believe the chat is a robot, not a human. Keeps repeating itself over and over again. Email support just keeps replying back with an automated message that they are looking into it and will get back to me. Tried to setup 4 Shopify sites, but I cannot get the label generator to work with my FedEx accounts. I do not recommend for anyone to use this company.

This app is very easy to use and customer service has been awesome. They respond right away and walk you through the steps to get your issues resolved. Moazzam is so helpful and got me squared away in minutes. I highly recomment Aftership.

Installed the app recently but had issues with having multiple organisations and navigating the app as it's full of other apps that they run, it's very cluttered and full of links that are unrelated to Returns. Extremely annoying interface, gave up in the end trying to figure it all out and then spend 15 minutes trying to delete my data and account. Not happy with this app, I don't recommend when there are other Returns apps that are simpler to use

Just installed the app and it was pretty straight forward. Would be very interested to see how our first return goes through the app, but so far so good
