After getting set-up on Aftership returns the support is great, every question has been answered and it's extremely quick! Integrated instantly.
This app has features that greatly improve the customer returns process and makes it more seamless. The customizable front-end feature is also a great touch!
Great and timely service when creating the account, haven't used it for orders; I will update when we use it.
The app is great and easy to use. I like the integration with Postman for return label generation as well. My only request would be to offer a cheaper option of the Pro version for under 20 returns a month as the features are necessary but too expensive ($119/mo) for small brands until they grow!
The comment from a frustrated customer... This app is absolutely ridiculous that they dont write a clear pricing plan and full plan comparison inside their app dashboard but just ask you to upgrade the plan. But once you upgraded the plan, you will find that even a basic feature like green return for a refund to customer need you to pick the pro plan which cost >$100 monthly. There are way more better return center app in shopify market than this one
AfterShip Return is a complete and very flexible app. We can give professional, quick and seamless refunds to our valued customers. We really appreciate the possibility to add our own return reasons and fees to match our existing invoicing system and refund policy. As well, we translated the reasons, the notifications and the return page so the customer has a similar experience as in our physical locations. The technical support team is absolutely great, fast, patient and comforting.
I had some difficulty with one of the features not being available, but customer support and Ankush in particular were very helpful in resolving the issue. Highly recommend, excellent customer support.
Useless Customer Support cannot provide any help with the issue. This doesn't allow us to provide the customer with the return label for 2 months. I even talked to their supervisor over the phone and got nothing! Our business struggles just because Aftership doesn't care about their long-term customers. They also ignore me in chat for the whole months already. We will switch to another tool.
The customer service team helped me a lot in setting up the account. They are so responsive to my concerns. Highly recommended for your convenience and happy experience. :)

We migrated to AfterShip Returns Center from Return Magic and the workflow is familiar when processing refunds. ASRC hits a similar price-to-features ratio with their essentials plan. There are some nickel and dime charges that are kinda annoying like having to pay extra for multiple users on the back end. The jump from essentials to pro is huge, and it's a bummer that they lock some basic features like app proxy behind the higher tier. You're forced to direct customers off your site to their portal. Want to love some of the automations like auto-receive and auto-refund once the package arrives but it's limited to giving full refunds only. We offset shipping costs for returns by charging a flat fee that gets processed when issuing the refund, and it has options to include that when manually processing things. If it did that with auto-refund, I'd give it 5 stars despite the other shortcomings. That'd save us a ton of time. I'd say set-up is medium difficulty, but not too bad. Maybe a half a day if you really dive into branding and customization and you've got a good bank of content to work with. Customer support was super responsive and helpful unless things start to get too technical. All in all. I think it's a good solution for us. We don't have a ton of volume for returns and exchanges, so the price is right for our needs. Having a portal with some automation definitely saves us time.

A bit of a learning curve, but great customer service. Very helpful functionality for a solopreneur.
The app is really powerful and great customer service. I had a issue with a few things and my questions were answered immediately.
So far so good. A little confusing to configure, but support is great! They respond to chat inquiries within minutes, and are actually helpful!
