Very helpful app, I really appreciate the immediate response with any questions. Much more professional solution to offer customers instead of using emails. We are getting our customer's requests with less emails and time spent on our part.

Have switched over from Return magic. It is similar, but i believe it works better from the customer side. we are still working out some little issues as we are new to it. ive had to ask customer support for help a few times, but they always answer very quickly, and have helped my issues. 5 star once i figure it all out.

The app seems to be good. I've just tried couple of test orders and still waiting to see how it works when live. I've had previously an issue setting up the app and paying for SSL but after a discussion with support it has been sorted. The supper helped me to set custom domain and everything so now I hope it makes our exchange and return process faster and smooth for us and our customers.

Easy to use and customise. I've tried several return portals and I really recommend this one. Any problem or question is solved within minutes by the customer service team.
