The customer service provided by Samad through the Returns Center was awesome! He was super helpful, very professional, and extremely patient! I feel better knowing he is handling my concern, and I have full confidence in his ability to resolve my issues!

I am using this app to help manage returns for me. There is quite a bit of setting up to do but the customer service and online assistance is excellent. I received all the assistance I needed to resolve issues and set up my services from a friendly and professional Aftership team member.

The app is working out good so far and the support is great. However, if they would allow more style customization, that would be great.
