AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

Nous utilisons cette application pour gérer nos retours produit. La mise en place est simple, on s'y retrouve facilement dans l'interface, et il y a de nombreuses options pour adapter le processus de retours à nos besoins. En plus, l'équipe support est très réactive et à l'écoute.

Moazzam helped me with an issue with shipping instructions and he was very helpful. Some details needs to be able to be changed easier than they are currently and shipping is one - it's so important, fishing around to find it is frustrating. Thanks Moazzam

Great user interface and customer service. Aftership Returns Center has allowed us to manage our return and exchange as well as refund policy in a seamless way.

Support has been so terrible I have had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. We had a great year with this app but it suddenly broke down and the support has been useless to say the least. I have been working with them in chat and email back and forth daily for two weeks and they frequently just tell me the issue is my courier account even though it's THEIR discounted USPS account that is now broken. Their app won't allow the courier to be deleted and my new personal courier accounts that have been added are not working either.

Their service is really good especially when needed to fix problems fast! they are always happy to help

AfterShip customer support is very fast. The staff member that I chatted with today did a great job solving my problem quickly.

I am still in configuration but the app is working well so far. The shipping integrations are more challenging than the returns manager.

Very helpful app, I really appreciate the immediate response with any questions. Much more professional solution to offer customers instead of using emails. We are getting our customer's requests with less emails and time spent on our part.

Have switched over from Return magic. It is similar, but i believe it works better from the customer side. we are still working out some little issues as we are new to it. ive had to ask customer support for help a few times, but they always answer very quickly, and have helped my issues. 5 star once i figure it all out.

Struggled with support at first over the weekend, but they got back to me and we very apologetic and responded promptly to help solve our problem. I really appreciate their help and attention to the matter.
