The customer service has been great during the onboarding and setup phase. I would suggest this app to others.

Customer support is excellent. I had many questions and they were patient and even did a video chat with me so they could see the issue first hand. Would recommend!

I just installed the app and needed some help/ The online team was so quick to help me complete the set up. Instructions were easy to follow. Hopefully this will help the returns and exchange process easier.

I liked that Nitish was determined to resolve my issue. A quicker way to resolve issues would be an actual conversations vs a chat. The agent prior to him only sent links not helping resolve my issue. He had great customer service, patience and walked me through the process.

I'm still working on fully implementing this app but so far it seems super helpful. I think it'll really streamline our returns process and take a load off my customer support team. Excited to begin using it. :) Support is also ultra helpful and fast.
