Priyanka .......she was great...very patient and spoke clear english and was able to guide me throught the entire account set up process we had a bad email account and she fixed it

Setting up the app was a bit of a pain, but customer service has been helpful. You have to pay an extra $5/mo for each additional profile, but the price is still reasonable. Haven't really used the app at all yet, but I was asked to leave a review, so...

Customer support was very patient and understanding with complex queries. Have not tested it on the website, however, will provide updates once I see success with returns.

Beautiful interface on both ends, and very helpful customer service. I'd say the free plan is very fair, and the paid version is the best I've found.

One of the easiest returns apps to set-up and also has a very clear, clean look to it. Great basic functionality for returns. I hope in the future they also bring in some AI logic and rules to encourage exchanges and credits. That would be next level.

Very easy to set up. From the administrative side things are very easy to track and approve returns. Support is very quick and helpful with answering any questions I had.
