AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

We've used this app for over 2 years. The app works very well and it does help provide our customer a good return experience.

Great app - had a few questions but the support team have been excellent at answering all our queries promptly. Only snag is extra seats is a bit expensive so we are restricted to one user doing returns.

Works well. Priyanka helped me set up my return settings so I can send a label through Shopify. I have been using it for about 8 months now.

quick and helpful support! So far it's been a good app for us to use for returns. only downside to me is that you have to download so many of their different apps. but thats just my two cents.

Overall the app has worked great for our needs and support was helpful with any requests as ever needed.
