The APP does everything it stands for, really useful to automatize the return process. All my questions were immediately handled by Ankush with ease, amazing support!
This App saves our team so much time, and the customers love it too! If you have any issues or questions, support is immediately available, and always very helpful. 5 Stars!
The description looks great, but after spening a lot of time trying to make it work I discovered that a lot of things have to be done manually. Even the stock of the returned items has to be changed manually!! You do not see any of the return information in the original order. So there is no integration with Shopify that will help you make returns easier.

I liked that Nitish was determined to resolve my issue. A quicker way to resolve issues would be an actual conversations vs a chat. The agent prior to him only sent links not helping resolve my issue. He had great customer service, patience and walked me through the process.
Super easy to navigate with lots of amazing feature. Customer Service is also superb! Nitish helped me set up my custom domain quickly!

Indispensable app to manage store returns. Furthermore, the customer service is very kind and immediately ready to solve any doubt or problem I encountere.
I'm still working on fully implementing this app but so far it seems super helpful. I think it'll really streamline our returns process and take a load off my customer support team. Excited to begin using it. :) Support is also ultra helpful and fast.
Great little app, luckily not used much by our customers! the support team is very responsive and quick at resolving issues!
