I attempted to set this up to replace Return Magic since they're shutting down. After four days of work and endless error messages later I gave up. The basic user experience (I'm talking log-ins that sent me on loops back to the app store) was a Kafkaesque nightmare. The support team was less equipped to solve the issue than I was. I'm a pretty technically savvy person and this would be impossible for someone who isn't.

I was using Return Magic, but that app is being discontinued. I came across AfterShip Returns and thought I would try it out. I love it! It provides a great customer experience and a lot of flexibility for the store owner to have the return policies they want. I also really like how it is easy to manage returns - if a customer requests and exchange, they can select the product in the returns portal. Aftership will only show products that are in stock. When the return is received, one click will create a new order. With Return Magic, I had to manually duplicate the old order and add the product that the customer requested.

I installed the returns center app today and had an amazing service right away to set up the app and be ready to use it.

I asked them several questions and they were able to help with everything. i still need to test the return feature again, however, they were very helpful and nice. I am looking forward to using the up and coming "Create Shopify order" feature to integrate with my Shopify store when I approve an exchange with same item.

I have tried for a few weeks now to get the returns to work and many employees say they will help and don’t actually help. I’ve used this app for a year and unfortunately I will no longer use them for the horrible customer service and not being able to help and provide aSolution.

Support was very fast and exceeded my expectations. I had a slight issue with integrating, however, support was efficient and solved the problem. Would 100% recommend this app for businesses.

So far so good, however, I am having a few troubles customising to look just like our website, but looking into it further.

I think this app will be beneficial in the future because I am selling clothes and returns will happen. Customer service is great. They have been very helpful.

I must say from the start, the Returns Center support team was very helpful. Sanjeet guided me through some initial setup concerns I had and all is working great. Great experience !!

I ran into some issues during initial installation and they were so fast to help me. We got things figured out in 10 min on SATURDAY evening. I mean they are ready help even on weekends. 5 star all the way.

They have hidden charges. It doesn't mention in the pricing but they require $5 for each user. So, if you have 3 workers handling the returns, you'll have to play $15 extra etc.. This not mentioned anywhere in the pricing, This is deceptive and frankly unethical. They could have made this clear in the pricing.

The app seems to be functioning okay so far but the customer service is testy. They didn't show up for the first meeting we scheduled and when I finally got on a video chat with them they were not the friendliest or most patient when it took me time to trying to navigate the app and make sure I was set up correctly.

I've only just started using this app, but I can already tell that it's going to make my life much easier. I spend an inordinate amount of time processing returns, and I can't wait to make use of this service to cut that time down to zero. Sometimes support is not as helpful as I'd like, but Anmol was awesome! Very fast and incisive.

Our store has had this app for many years now. Lately, it has been nothing but a terrible experience. Everything has been set up and working fine but now it appears changes were made on the app and we were unable to generate labels. Biggest issue is the customer service, it is terrible. Despite being 24/7, the agents don't know what they are talking about. I have contacted support over 10 times, every agent is copying and pasting generic answers that have nothing to do with the issue. Completely unhelpful and clearly have a language barrier. Specifically the agent 'Moazzam' who does not know answers to any questions and directs our concern to the 'team' asking to update us over email, but we never receive an update. No credit cards can be added to shipper account as they all get rejected, we are told they have to be 'approved' by vendor... Agent cannot answer simple questions like where the payment for the label comes from. This has been an agonizing experience and I would stay away from this app and look elsewhere to save you the headache especially if you ship internationally.
